I then advised I did not need a phone call, that I am beyond aggravated at this point with the customer service, and if they truly want to resolve the situation, the dealership will cut and mail me a check for the time and trouble I have gone through, the gas I used to go out of my way to the dealership on 07/to pick up the gas voucher, as well as the tolls that I had to pay to get there I have not heard back from anyone at the dealership since I do not want a phone call as I no longer have trust in these individuals I would prefer all communication be in writing moving forward I may be contacted by the dealership at [redacted] or by text message at [redacted] Regards, [redacted]
