[redacted] My name in the business response is spelled wrong. It's not [redacted] it's spelled [redacted]. I disagree with the straw purchase comment. I tried from day one to get the contract fixed correctly. After 3 weeks I was done trying to get holt to correct the issue. Here's my proof.

I tried to reach out to [redacted] , left a message and no call back. I also stated in the last response that Athena leaves at 1 on Saturdays, I will reach out to [redacted] again today.

I got a call from the dealership and I told them that all I wanted back was my deposit that I gave for a down payment and I was told by angie that she would check on that and call me back it has been over a week and I still haven't received a call back from her

We are currently handling this issue the best we can.

and the contract and promised items of the vehicle are still not correct. I even have a negative hit to my credit report because they did not modify the original contract prior to the 30 day mark. My husband and I met with the GM of the company last night and all he wanted us to do was be satisfied with the fact that his company has done nothing but lie and essentially cheat and steal from my family. I was promised factory install of dual DVD player and factory install of remote start. Neither have been done as promised. In fact, the second DVD screen that was placed and it is an off-market item. The company is claiming Chrysler will not give them factory parts when in order to finalize the sale I was told they would be factory parts. I have been charged $2000 for these off market items and the remote start has not yet been placed. I am contacting the Attorney General and Federal Trade Commission as well. This dealership is very crooked and is run off fraudulent activity. The only reason I have this van is they pushed the vehicle deal through prior to driving, seeing, accepting or even taking delivery of the vehicle. The dealership then drove the vehicle to my home and left it on my premises stating that that was their way of forcing me to take possession. I, as the consumer, have been as lenient as I can, however, this dealership is trying to take advantage and make money through deceit of consumers. They need to be shut down. I know that I am not the only consumer they have done this to and why they are still in business to continually do just flabbergasts me.I want a refund of the $2000 for the off market parts and then no further contact with thisdealership. I also want to ensure the negative hit to my credit is corrected as well.

we sent a check for 1800 to lienholder on 02-25, and have not received any checks yet according to our accountant department. We will look further into this complaint and get back to customer.
