[redacted] Holt's response is simply not true.  I will try again today to call Holt for a resolution.  I've have my call history from myself and my uncle (whom Holt is free to discuss my account with at all times, I've made that clear) showing that we have called and visited Holt several times; probably almost 40-50 calls and visited several times also.

Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.[redacted] passed on my complaint filing to [redacted], the Customer Service Manager.  I spoke with [redacted] and was advised they are going to set up in their system a Lifetime Maintenance Warranty as well as provide us with a gas voucher to fill up the vehicle with one full tank of gas.  She advised this may take up to 24 hours, so I will be visiting [redacted] at the dealership tomorrow between 4:00 and 5:00pm to verify and confirm all information.
