I have attached the contract signed by *** *** please revise and let me know if you need anything elseDue to the fact that we do have a signed and agreed upon contract we can not allow her to bring the vehicle backShe did cancel her warranty, and that is all we can do for now, if she would like to schedule an appointment and see if there is anything else we can do for her we would love to sit down with her and try to help her however else we can, other than her bringing the vehicle back

they were going to doFor instance they were going to fix a low tire on the vehicle and last night it was flat again and I found a nail in the tire, the salesman said that it was fixedThey also promised other things and have not reached out to me to resolve these issues eitherThis company is not worth dealing with in the future and I would like everyone out in the automotive industry to understand that

Already talked with the general manager on 11/16/151) never went to dealership till 11/13/152) no one in financing discussed any of the paperwork or changes that were happening3) requested that same day for the contract to be correctedNever happened.4) since the dealership made me the buyer I never received the keys or the carNever even drove the car.5) the dealership let the person who wasn't on the contract drive off in the car I was the buyer of without my permission

resolved according to Texas and U.Slaw statutes. I did receive a call from a Holt representative, but the response was that they were unaware this was being done, but would look into it. I never received any further contact from the dealer and the practice continues. This is totally unacceptable from a legal view!Please advise if this complaint can be reopened or whether I need to submit a NEW complaint.Thank you!*** ***
