We will unwind the deal with the bank, Unfortunately the friend/daughter put her boyfriend on the contract without talking to *** ***. We did nothing wrong, and the contract is signed by both parties, we will be happy to provide a copy of the contract if you would likeAs far as the cobuyer driving off the lot in the vehicle that is okay, they are on the contract as well

I have received calls from business saying they will make and appointment and arrange for rental so they can fix the dent on my vehicle, but have not heard from them since June 16, Not yet resolved. *** ***

We called the customer today, and explained to him that the vehicle did have aftermarket products on itwe asked him to bring the jeep to service so that we can fix any problems he has with the vehicle that pertain to this complaintWe hope we can make this right as quickly as possible

We will call the customer and try to resolve this issue

We have attempted to contact *** with no success

The managers there at Holt said that they could not exchange this vehicle for another vehicle bease it was finane and the con tract was signedI would not have gone to another dealership if they would have been able to exchange it in the first placeNow I am told they will help? I had to sell the vehicle to another dealership to get the one that I wanted because Holt would not help meI spent more of my time and money to get what I wanted with no assistance from HoltI even spent more money for the car they sold meIf I had gone to a different dealer I would have gotten the same vehicle for lessIf I had only knownAs a first time buyer, I am also a last time buyer from this dealership

We have been in contact with customer in hopes to resolve this issue as soon as we can

We have text communications from the former finance manager, ***, acknowledging his error and agreeing to a refund. These were communications from a confirmed member of their staff - in written form - which is binding. The business' decision to drag this out and not honor the agreement made by their representative is unacceptable. I was more than fair to agree to the $refund that the representative agreed to in writing, when, in fact, I should be owed over $with the errors that were made.

rejecting the business response below. I spoke with *** at Holt Chrysler Jeep Dodge and she advised me that she will speak with ***, the GM over Sales, to decide on a resolution to the issue. They offered to have the individual in which this issue began call me and apologize personally; however, I did not feel this was sufficient. I am expecting a return call from *** either today, 07/21, or tomorrow.
