true pleasure to work with. She finds ways to make things right. I wish some of the policy makers would do this in advance. This policy of only repairing recalls 7am-9am Mon-Fri as a norm is not a good practice

*** our service advisor called *** *** on Thursday June 16th, said they will repair the dents, however we need a rental for customer to drive while we repairWe will call *** *** as soon as we receive a rental vehicle for them

We reached out to *** today and asked him to give us a few days while we revise everything and we will talk to him by Friday with a solution to this matter

somebody will be calling MsBroadway today

Wehave resolved all issues with *** ***, and would love to hear any feedback from her

They contacted me and stated they would issue a refund in the amount originally promised. In addition, they are looking at putting in navigation in my Jeep Cherokee as a courtesy and showing of good will to put the issues behind us. Should both of those happen, I will be extremely pleased with their efforts to resolve the situation. I, however, have not heard back from the company with notification that they have the check, and I expected that to happen by now - so please keep open until we get the situation fully resolved

I am sorry for any misunderstanding, but the customer signed contract after contract stating the price of the warranty and the monthly payments were disclosed on there as wellI will scan a copy of the contracts if desired, they are signed by the customerCancelling the extended warranty is always
an option, we would love to better discuss the coverages of the warranty that was purchased if at all possibleIf she chooses to cancel please call dealership and ask for finance department, they can email a cancellation form

We have tried to put *** in another car, but unfortunately we had no successWe will reach out to her again today

We will call *** *** to see if there is anything we can do for him today Unfortunately we are unable to reimburse for any missed days

We have tried to work with customer, we need him or his wife to call and schedule an appointment with our finance manager to see what we can do for him

At this point we can hopefully resolve this by phone and emails, we will contact *** again and resolve this

We have offered *** help, she can not afford the payments that were approved by the bankWe explained to her that because of her credit the rates are higher than usualWe did give her options which she declined*** has been harassing, and even told a salesman that she was going to tell *** off when she saw her, just for not being there when she showed upThe statements that she is posting are not percent trueShe was told that we did not have voicemails, more like threeShe stated that we said she didn't leave any voicemails. She has been offered a different vehicle, but does not want a vehicle that is in her price rangeShe has called yelling and hanging up on us when she gets upsetI am not sure what else we can do at this point
