This complaint is by far from not being resolved..My vehicle has been in the shop for almost weeks and is totally UNACCEPTABLE for what is being done A representative of the company called me asking to return the "loaner" vehicle stating the need it backI responded by saying, I need it to go out of town for family vacationWas told the car cannot leave the stateNOT MY PROBLEMAs of now my JEEP is still in the shop and projected to be in the shop for another weeks which will make monthsMONTHS to paint door on Jeep that the company scratched and chipped the paint to the metal when attempting to fix a COVER UP of not telling me the wire harness to the door was completely ripped out when I purchased the vehicle newThey waited to after I purchased the vehicle and tried to hide it under the dashThey are also touching up the rims that were painted on the after market rims were purchasedThey are also replacing the Armor Body after market doors because the "new" ones they put on cannot be secured because the bolts are stripped at the bottom(doors).....Again, months to fix the minor issues is the reason this company has an F rating with the Revdex.comStay tuned because I have yet to see my vehicle and don't even know if its fixed up to my standards or the standards of a NEW off the show room floorFYIHad my Jeep for weeks before it went back into the shop and about to make my payment while its still at the shop

The military discount was just one of the discountsI spoke with the consumer and mentioned that you have to qualify for that rate and that we would sell for over list priceI did send him the add where it does state that you have to qualify for the rate

WE will get back to Ivan by Monday with a solution to this matter

We have apologized to ***, and she said that there is nothing further that we can do to make this better

We have called *** several times and left messages but no response

We are awaiting a call from *** ***, he is going to come to dealership so that we can try to come to an agreement as to how this issue could be handled

We are going to issue the refund in the amount of dollars, it will take about seven to fourteen business days to receive the check

We have never met *** ***, its kind of hard to do business over the phoneWe would have liked to sell him a car, and I sure we could have gotten him a great dealWe would love to explained everything in person, when can you come in so we can answer any questions, and meet you even!

The company stated they were going to call me weeks ago and still have yet to receive a response from the company regarding my dispute!

We did in fact offer a gas voucher, and a maintenance plan to ***, we will be mailing her gas card, along with additional information that I am sure will please *** ***We apologize for your time and inconvenience

Please explain what the $in dealer discounts that are listed thenAcross town I received themI had $to put down and a credit score of First you told me it was military discount of 1000, yet it's really 500? Please break down the discounts I walked in across town and bought almost exact same jeep in less than minutesAnd here still even today I'm getting vague and inconsistent statements from HoltLove field Jeep even told me Holt wouldn't sell this jeep to me but offered to pick it up from holt and sell it below Mrsp Please breakdown discounts, selling jeeps shouldn't be hard, you have jeeps, I have money and want a jeepIf I walked in today I wouldn't get a firm price on that jeep again

We called her yesterday, told her somebody would be reaching out to herOur service advisor called her as soon as he got to the dealership todayThey are going to make arrangements for rental and repair dents
