This company had a salesman call me again in regards to trading my car in. I thought they were calling me to discuss my Revdex.com complaint. I have answered every call on yesterday and that was the only one that came through. I would like a call back today in regards to my complaint. I also spoke with the office a few weeks ago again (when they called to get me trade my car in yet again) and they told me they would give me a gas voucherI would like for the voucher to be sent to my house as I am not willing to travel back to Arlington. Also I would like to speak with someone in regards to referral that got a car from them in September and I never received my referral fee of $

After reviewing this complaint, It has been signed and agreed upon the complete contractWe advised the customer that they can bring the signed contract to the dealership and we will be happy to have another finance adviser review the contract with them

I was called and offered a better deal than the original but not the internet price, which I was told is only for military, the problem I have is the military discount is $at EVERY dealer I can find on other sites and those sites actually mention it in the add. Holt doesn't. Plus $over the $29,was not offered but 30,was. I ended up going down the street and getting a new jeep and those guys were 100% straight forward and deal was done in minutes

I spoke with *** on June 25th, I did let *** know that we are not allowed to disclose any information regarding the punishment to anybody in the dealership. The problem was handled accordingly, and again we are sorry and embarrassed for these actionsand we will make sure it will not happen again

We are working on getting this issue resolved

On 10-Holt contacted ***, and we resolved all issuesWe repaired bumper, shampood seats and gas

Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.Them calling "[redacted]" has nothing to do with nothing.   I have no idea who [redacted] is.   I recieved a vm from them it gave me a number to call ... it went right to VM and the message was "this person has not set up a vm yet" ... end of story.Two days ago they did tell me someone from service department would call .... I am holding my breath .... waiting for that to happen.Try call most any number except the receptionist number at holt and you will get "this mail box is full"Still Looking at check engine light.  Day ... after Day .... after Day.I have also found out the front shocks are unsafe ... almost bounced off of hiwy 20 the other day .... not even going there ....

We understand that Holt is waiting for a loaner vehicle for use while repairs are to be done. We are still waiting.  [redacted]

Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.I texted [redacted] yesterday, 07/27, advising the situation was not resolved and only worsened.  She replied back stating "I will call u in a moment. Sorry."  I then advised I did not need a phone call, that I am beyond aggravated at this point with the customer service, and if they truly want to resolve the situation, the dealership will cut and mail me a check for the time and trouble I have gone through, the gas I used to go out of my way to the dealership on 07/24 to pick up the gas voucher, as well as the tolls that I had to pay to get there.  I have not heard back from anyone at the dealership since.  I do not want a phone call as I no longer have trust in these individuals.  I would prefer all communication be in writing moving forward.  I may be contacted by the dealership at [redacted] or by text message at [redacted].

I am sorry for any inconvenience, and would like to apologize on behalf of Holt... Unfortunately there is nothing we can do at this point.,  We were giving permission to pull credit when we got a signed credit application from the customer.
