reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The response is useless because they will continue to do what ever they want. All I wanted was an answer from PNC when I called only to ask about my escrow. All I wanted was for them to explain to me how they got this shortage. And when I called and emailed they failed to get back to me. I had to call to see what is going on. And even when I called they couldn't explain to me the shortage. It had to take for me to file a complaint in order for them to answer. It's not about the money, it's about the principle of when a person has a question regarding anything to do with their mortgage they should respond within a timely manner. Their web sites states they are supposed to respond within 24 hrs which is totally not the case. They don't. And as you may see I have prior complaints regarding pnc because of the same situation.

Business Bureau - Reference Number [redacted]Dear Mr. **:This is in response to your recent complaint filed on April 16, 2018, with the Revdex.com regarding your PNC Bank, National Association (“PNC”), Business Checking Plus Account titled [redacted] DBA [redacted] ending in XXXX, for which you are the signer (the “Account”). Thank you for taking the time to speak with me on April 17, 2018, regarding your complaint. I appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.In your complaint, you asserted that you opened a business account with PNC for a new account promotion which would allow you to earn up to $XXX.XX. You explained that you received notification from PNC that the Account would be closed April 16, 2018. You asserted that PNC never intended to pay the promotion and has been deceptive by closing your Account before you could be awarded the promotional offer. You have requested that PNC reopen your Account and honor the promotional offer.PNC denies that any wrongdoing occurred.After careful consideration, and consistent with the terms of the Account Agreement for Business Accounts (the “Agreement”) that was provided to you when you opened the Account, the section titled Closing Your Account states that you or the Bank may close your Account at any time by providing written notice.Our records indicate that the Account was closed on April 17, 2018, as indicated in the notification sent to you on April 2, 2018.
