complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.There response to the issue was to blame their system on it. We still have yet to receive the correction to our account including fees $25.99 and lost interest that was to be completed on June 1, 2018. There is the issue of misapplication reversal $269.23 that appears 3 times. When I asked about this the representative Rachel she was not sure what it was and was the one that side of in the notes this will be resolved by June 1. I have never gotten a call or response back for clarification not the fee or interest put back in my account. This will be resolved when everything is posted in my account. This complaint as far as am concerned has not been resolved below is the last conversation if any I had with Ms Andrea m[redacted] I spoke to her on the phone(I called her ) and she told me she is is still investigating and like her other colleagues gave me her number and her extension I need for PNC BANK to remove the derogatory remarks on my credit rep[redacted] I have paid in full and on time I asked Andrea M[redacted] to let me hear the recordings and she told me I need court order to do that that just shows that the employees are in the wrong I need the remarks removed from my credit Immediately [redacted] Oct 19 (13 days ago) tome Ms. [redacted] Reference Number [redacted] At PNC, we believe feedback from our customers helps us provide better service in the future. My wife got a very brief phone call weeks ago and they said they were going to look into the matter further. We have not heard anything from PNC since.I have also filed a complaint with The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau because I believe PNC is in violation of the The Homeowners Protection Act of 1998. I reject what ever PNC is saying because nothing has changed and we have not heard from them.

I contacted PNC Bank to see why my bi weekly draft was starting in September and not August as I requested according to their letter dated July 31, 2017. I was told I could not speak to...
anyone in the bi weekly department and I would have to wait to be contacted by the escalation department due to my previous complaints. At this point I just want assistance with transferring my mortgage to another lender as I am not at all comfortable doing business with a company I cannot call and get satisfactory customer service and it is very obvious from Leanne's (representative) tone that I am not a valued customer.I would like my mortgage to be sold to another lender.

There was a phone call from the bank representative from headquarters in Pittsburg and not from the branch in Chicago. There was not any explanation to my complain and received info was contradictory to what I was told at the bank.Because of that, a written explanation has been requested, but not received, yet.
