I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your
reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.This Company, PNC, whom I am now bringing a FULL lawsuit against, has in NO WAY protected or backed up its word that if there was fraudulent money taken from my account that they were going to refund the fraudulent funds as PNC did not check ONE SIGNATURE ON ANY OF THE FRAUDULENT CHECKS, accepted checks WITHOUT SIGNATURES AT ALL, allowed someone NOT ON MY ACCOUNT TO ORDER CHECKS WHICH THEY THEN CASHED, and even had a brand manager TELL ME WITH WITNESSES THAT THEY WERE RETURNING THE MONEY!!! THEY are HIDING behind some UCC Code that they have not provided a copy of to me stating I had DAYS to report this fraud which would NOT have given me enough time to even get my account statement They also stated they would return not just all, but then after recounting that statement said they would return the last days, the police department is fully prosecuting this individual and they have not accepted the NEW INFORMATION that the PNC tellers, let alone the company did not in any way even look or compare signatures to the very same signature card they state this UC statute is written on, but is NEVER explained to anyone as I went to a different branch where I was unknown and opened a NEW ACCOUNT AND DID NOT RECEIVE ANY SUCH PAPERWORK INCLUDING THIS UC CODE ON IT!!! ALL I AM ASKING FOR IS MY OWN HARD EARNED MONEY BACK AND TO HAVE THE PROTECTION THAT WAS PROMISED BY THIS BANK!!! They are fully liable and should be returning this money as they will never state they were at fault in any way I will now have to move to a complete and full LAWSUIT for MUCH MORE MONEY DUE TO LOST WAGES INTEREST TIME STRESS AND MANY OTHER LOSSES ALL OVER THE FACT THAT PNC BANK DOES NOT BACK ITS CLIENTS AND NOONES MONEY IS SAFE THERE! IF YOU LOSE ONE CENT TO THE 'SAME WRONGDOER" YOU WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO FILE FOR FRAUD BECAUSE THE BANK EXPECTS YOU TO CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT ONLINE EVERYDAY! FRAUD IS FRAUD AND THEY LET FRAUDULENT CHECKS TO GO THROUGH WITHOUT EVEN ONE ALERT TO ME OR ON MY ACCOUNT! THEY NEVER QUESTIONED ONE SIGNATURE NOR THE OBVIOUS FRAUDULENT CHECKS! I WILL NOT GO AWAY AND WILL CONTINUE to Fight for MY HARD EARNED MONEY UNTIL IT IS RETURNED!!! AND I WILL GO TO THE NEWS AND EVERY OTHER AGENCY TO SHOW HOW PNC DOES NOT PROTECT ITS CLIENTS AND WILL NOT HELP PROTECT YOUR MONEY!!! AND MY ONLINE ACCOUNT WAS BLOCKED BY THIS PERSON SO CHECK YOUR RECORDS I CALLED MANY TIMES FOR NEW ID CARDS BUT YOU SENT THEM TO THE WRONG PLACE!

There is absolutely zero excuse for them to have to 1) Take as long as they did to return my money (weeks!), and 2) To do so in via an unsecured medium (physical check through physical mail)

Hello,Thank you for helping to resolve my complaint On three separate occasions, I asked PNC to send in writing the following language to resolve these issues PNC accidentally deposited two $amounts into my account to resolve my complaint MsConnie G*** called me and said that was a "mistake." They should have only put in one of the $amounts We agreed that I would refund one of the $amounts and I asked that the following language be put in writing to settle this for good They kept saying they sent me a letter which I didn't receive for over a month When I finally received a letter, none of this language was in the letter They then told you that the matter with me was resolved This is the second time I have had to tell you that the matter is not resolved because they have not sent me a letter with the following language I am requiring them to set down in writing: "My business account and merchant accounts will be closed or are closed without fees or repercussion to me after I deposit $back in my business account." For the third time, MsConnie G*** said that I will be receiving a letter with the above language in writing I am awaiting, yet again (for weeks) a letter that confirms our agreement
