My financial accounts, including but not limited to checking, savings, investments, CD's, credit are hereby closedThroughout the heloc application process, PNC showed a lack of organization, poor communication, mismanagement of my "required documentation." My recommendation for future applicants are to make the process more streamlined and organized to avoid the hassle of multiple document submittals

response from PNC BankTheir response claimed that the issue was taken care ofI even spoke to one of their representatives afterwards who said the issue was resolvedThe issue is not resolvedOn their website, they list *** * *** *** *** ** *** as an address where they have an ATMThe location does NOT exist and there is not an ATM thereIt's a bad area and I walked around there one Friday night with an endorsed check to depositI am only trying to have them remove the information from their website so nobody else goes there looking for a nonexistent ATM.Modification/discontinuance of an advertised claim:I only want them to remove the incorrect info from their websiteI've tried for about a year and have been told by about 6-employees that they'll be sure to get that fixed

a refund and a half line dropped saying "resolved" doesnt actually solve it.an apology letter was requiredPNC customer service was expeditive and rude in solving this issue Now the "damage control" managers are"problem resolved", is the best they could do and it's not enough. I'm ending my business with PNC as soon as this year end

PNC Bank does not know how to tell the truthThey never contacted me especially when on a recorded line they said they would contact me back after speaking with the bank manager and never didPNC closed one of my accounts without prior notice which is in violation of my agreement with this bank.

I want to let you know that PNC advised me they received the
complaintHowever, there hours are 8-5pmI work 6am until sometimes until 5:30pm or 6pmI only get a min lunch break and my cell phone does not get good serviceI am not able to use my work phone for personal callsI have advised Cheryl J*** of thisShe also sent me an email telling me she called me and left a voice message asking if my phone number of ###-###-#### was a good number and what would be a good time to call meI responded back to her advising it was and times she can reach me which I guess is out of there banking hoursI also provided my husbands cell phone number who is on the accountI let MsJ*** know she can try and contact him but I could not guarantee he would be able to speak to her since he is at work and depending on what he was doing he might not be able to talk to herShe never once attempted to contact my husband. PNC refunded the fee of $but I sent MsJ*** another email telling her they can take the fee back since I did not request it be returnedPlus them refunding the fee now does not help when I will just get another fee for not having there Balance requirementI also stated her leaving me messages does not help resolve this issue since we have completely different schedules and I am not sacrificing my job for this company. In the email to MsJ*** I also stated in this technological day and age I do not understand why she cannot respond to my emails unless they are scared to have a paper trail I told her to then just respond to the complaint to see what they have to say about it and then respond to it. I just want to make this information known that I do not see currently PNC and I being able to resolve this since my hours are not typical they made no attempts to deal with my husband the joint owner as well as MsJ*** not responding to my emails.I tried to add this to my complaint but was not sure how to add this information.If anything else is needed please let meSincerely*** ***

*** ***PNC bank avoids the tangible facts at hand, in fact my credit score went down from a to a 524, from the use of thier credit card, there was/is no other ''thing'' on my credit karma, PNC BANK shifts thier responsibility to another entity , PNC BANK letter attached is written in secret by an unknown writer making this illusive smoke and mirrors response, there is no name attached and the whole statement is not binding, PNC bank commits FRAUD and does not give a valid response,
