When my account was reviewed by me on 10/19/@ 12:a.mit was not over drawn. I had a deposit of $164.00. When I review my account on 10/20/16; the bank charged me $over draft fee that was assessed after my deposit!\

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.First of all, the fact that you aren’t even spelling my daughter’s name correctly is an embarrassment as well as disturbing that leaves us asking the question, are you even looking at our account and did you even take the time to check anything? You are only masking the facts that you failed us While we may have an incorrect date, the fact remains our application sat on someone’s desk all these months, and that is the only explanation we were given and you can pull that tape too Jeannine told us she pulled our recordings and we were in fact correct that we had only been told that the requirements were the payments for the release Trying to make us look dishonest only validates that you’re trying to excuse the fact that we have been treated with disrespect, unprofessionally and this is disappointing to say the least We have in fact called in many more times, however, wow, we made the mistake to trust you to do your job but unfortunately we should’ve been more vigilant in writing more notes and keeping track of our calls as well We are not being given any valid reason for this denial My daughter was told she needed to go into more debt, buy a car, get a better credit card, etcto qualify for the release How does this make any sense? Pull that tape and explain to us how that will help her You won’t even explain what credit score you accept as qualifying to be approved While my daughter continues to make double payments, be responsible and hold up to her requirements, you do not We continue to receive emails wanting us to refinance the loans, really? How can you explain that? Why would we want to continue our relationship with you?
