[HiI do not understand how they have resolved the matter. The last person I spoke to Brett B[redacted] said that he will talk to his colleagues /others and get back to me. He did not get back. The lady Pam said that she will get her boss to contact me - he did not.Basically - the issue still remains. My old debt is not being paid off first ( as is the practice with all businesses - pay old debt first before new debt). No one has contacted me to resolve the matter - so I believe the issue still remains - unresolved.I am not surprised that the business responded like that - basically they have not been very helpful. To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]

$2,300 escrow shortage was even calculated or how my taxes for this year were calculated at over two times what they actually are.  No documentation was ever provided as to why this massive escrow increase occurred and I hope it doesn't happen again next year.
