April 3, 2018[redacted]Re: Revdex.com - Reference Number [redacted]Dear Ms. [redacted]:This is in response to your February 28, 2018, rejection of PNC's response to your complaint filed on January 10, 2018, with the Revdex.com of Western Pennsylvania regarding your PNC Bank, National Association (“PNC”), Performance Select checking account ending in 1043 (the “Checking Account”). Thank you for taking the time to speak with me on March 6, 2018, regarding your complaint. I appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.In your January 10, 2018 complaint, you stated that PNC recently assessed your Account a service charge for the first time after having the Account for three years. You stated that your mother, who is also a signer on the Account, was told the only way to avoid this monthly fee was to apply for a PNC credit card.In a letter dated February 23, 2018, PNC explained that PNC appropriately assessed a monthly service fee to the Account because the Account failed to meet the requirements for waiver of the monthly service fee.You responded on February 28, 2018, rejecting PNC's response to your complaint and stating that the Account was linked to a Money Market account ending in ** (the “Money Market Account”), which would have required PNC to waive the monthly service fee. You further allege that your Mother was able to change your address associated with the Checking Account without your consent.Our records show that on January 5, 2015, you opened your Checking Account along with the Money Market Account, at PNC's East Brunswick Branch located at [redacted],[redacted]. Our records do not reflect these accounts were linked for relationship pricing. The Checking Account was linked to a separate account of which you are not a signer, which allowed PNC to waive the monthly service fee. You incurred a service charge in December 2017 because the Checking Account was no longer linked with the separate account. For privacy reasons, PNC cannot disclose more about the separate account.Our records indicate that on January 9, 2018, your Checking Account was upgraded and appropriately linked to your Money Market Account so the fee waiver requirements could be applicable to your Checking Account.Finally, PNC researched your allegation that your Mother was able to change your address associated with the Checking Account without you present, but was unable to locate an address change under your profile.Our goal at PNC is to offer a level of service that exceeds our customers' expectations and I apologize that your experience with this matter did not reflect this.Thank you for allowing me to clarify PNC's position in this matter. Problem: This is my 2nd complaint. The 1st one was never resolved .For 7 months it PNC Mortgage refuse e my mortgage payments. I constantly called atleast once a month to see if My modifications...

processed they would still say they are working on it . I did not sign my last document with my modification documents until late September early October. Each time I spoke with someone they told me that I didn't owe that amount they were saying and their will be matainence done on my account. On several occasions I have contacted people. I now have sale date for April 3. They want mepay all the back money includ9ng attny fees for there mistake. There audtior messed up the numbers on the final modification they took my 1st payment in December and then stopped say9ng that the couldn't because the numbers were wrong. Now because it took them.u til October to get all the documents corrected they want to hit me with a bill of almost 130000, Because now I am be requested to the reinstatement of the loan they wrote up incorrectly and atrorney fees. I was told that I had an advocate nothing came with that. I have been told many things and my son is hanocapp I am making the home handicap accessible for him... to now not have a home on something that PNC messed up on! I make good money to pay my mortgage for 2017. But can not afford all the attorney fees too, nor do I feel it's fair to ask me to pay that when it was there mistake. I have made several complaints. And everytime someone states they will call me back have not received a call back. The one call 8ndid rec8ve back I call her 10 mins later (MS. HERNANDEZ) ABOUT 3 WEEKS AGO AND HAVE CALLED AND LEFT MESSGARS AND STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED A CALL BACK YET. EMAILS WERE SENT TO HER SUPERVISOR AND HER SUPERVISOR SUPERVISOR... STILL NOTHING 3 WEEKS LATER. UNACCEPTABLEPay the 7200.00 and all legal fees and late fees dropped as it is not my fault that continue customer service rep and loss mitigation reps told me the wrong information consistently. I would like to pay my 1 year of rent for 2016 along with 3 month for 2018 by April 1. But I should not be responsble for any attorney fees or late fees. So I can have my mortgage and home back. I would a letter regarding my delinquency as my payments were refused month after month.

I'm following up with you because PNC has not kept its promiseDennis from their Executive Client Relations department left me a message at 2:pm on promising that a corrected form would be mailed to me "in today's mail."Ten days later I don't have itI understand that there's a lot of Valentines Day mail so it might have been delayed a bit but really, even third class mail would be hear by now.So what's my next step? They bend the truth about simple things like mailing a letterHow can we trust them on anything?Please helpThey won't help me.Thanks[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.In order to get the service I signed the paperwork, which they prepared without mentioning  their verbal promises. I though its not necessarily since we are on recorded line,but I guess it was the main mistake. PNC charged me,putting in a face their agreement ,that is full of lie.Also we have  the same service from another company and so happy with them. So the difference is obvious now.
