my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The response from PNC that they responded to me on Nov 19 is not accurate. I did  not hear from PNC on that date!  There has been several attempts to reach out  to me but I have always been unsuccessful to reach a person on my returned calls always leaving a message. On Oct 19 they did credit my account by $476 but I still feel it is short by some $300-400.

The business claims "THEY" reviewed the matter but I KNOW that there is video surveillance in every bank in this country and I KNOW that the video surveillance of the day I was in their bank and WAS SOLICITED to open this account, the manager who approached me stated to me AND confirmed AFTER I SPECIFICALLY ASKED HIM that the 0% interest was NOT introductory only!  I KNOW there is video/audio proof of this, so no I do not accept them saying they reviewed it and they don't feel they should honor my request to reimburse the interest they charged me!  Pull the video/audio surveillance of that day and let a mediator or a neutral individual review it because I am right!

I am looking to be reimbursed from the insurance policy that was added to my account for the past 5yearsPNC added an insurance policy to my vehicle believing I didn't have insuranceI have made several attempts to supply the required documents but I continue to the run around from PNC.? My
payment was increased by a month..if I don't pay my full payment then I would get a late payment......I hope this answer your questions,

I appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.On January 3, 2018, PNC received a dispute from you alleging an error related to an ATM cash deposit in the amount of $XXX.XX that did not post to your Card on January 2, 2018. Upon receipt of this dispute, PNC began an investigation into the disputed transaction. Our records confirm, your PNC SmartAccess card ending in XXXX was closed on February 8, 2018.During our investigation into your disputed transaction, PNC determined that no faults or errors were present at the ATM in question during the time of the disputed transaction. As a result, on January 3, 2018, PNC denied your dispute and written notification of this was mailed to your address of record.On January 30, 2018, PNC received a dispute from you alleging an error related to an ATM cash deposit in the amount of $XXX.XX that did not post to your Card on January 1, 2018. I was contacted by one of your employees to resolve the issue however when I responded via email I have not received a reply. I have responded twice to no avail. I am requesting at this point a full refund so that we can resolve this matter. I have been contacting this company since March 2017 in regards to this issue. It has been literally seven months of a customer attempting to do what’s right with a financial institution with bad business practices.

I've attended to the issue on my own. PNC was no help at all.  Although I am dissatisfied with PNC, you may close this case and note my dissatisfaction.

due to [redacted] 2-year unemployment, we sought assistance from PNC in making mortgage payments.After seven (7) months of providing PNC the same information multiple times, PNC advised they are unable to provide assistance due to two (2) conditions that PNC was aware of in February 2015:1. The property is non-owner-occupied (this was established in February 2015 and repeated many times)2.
