First time we used Honest Air for a repair problem...Rob was very professional and took we are very satisfied....Nice to have an employee speak highly of the company he works for as well.

Honest A/C is just that. Honest! Hard to find nowadays. They stand by their work and their work is excellent. The technician (Jake) that worked on my mini-split unit was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant while working. He quickly identified the problem, solved it, and got me back up and running. I recommend Honest A/C to all my friends and will continue to do so. Outstanding customer service!

Received a phone call from Honest Air on Tuesday from Theresa K. to schedule my semi annual Preventative maintenance check. Theresa said someone could come out the next morning which was fine with me. She is always friendly and on top of things.
The technician Kyle arrived around 8:00 am the next morning. He was polite, friendly, and it turned out very knowledgeable of heat pump systems. He performed his inspection and gave me a print out of his findings and the condition of the system. He recommended I get a hard start unit installed because my compressor was pulling 38 amps when starting. I gave him the go ahead and he had it installed in 20 minutes. Nice young man. Good representative for your company.

Our technician, Daniel is wonderful. He is very knowedgeabe, polite and when he leaves, you would never know that he was even here. And, wears his booties whenever he enters the house. We always request Daniel. Theresa is very friendly and polite when she calls. This team is such a pleasure to deal with.

I had regular service performed by Elvin S. All of our Honest Air Tech's have been good but Elvin really distinguished himself.
