We have had Honest Service our AC unit over the last 4 years and we couldn't be happier! All of their service technicians have been on time, friendly and have gone above and beyond our expectations. Our most recent service tech was Elvin Santiago and he was excellent. He took a lot of time to thoroughly clean our AC unit and then to explain everything to us. Honest Air is fortunate to have employees who pay attention to detail and really care about their customers. Thanks again for another great service call.

Tiffani is the nice young lady who provides phone support & emails, Rich is a pleasant and efficient service coordinator. Angel and Tyler, installation technicians, did a great job, answering all of our questions and installing our new a/c and handler.
We had a little trouble figuring out our new thermostat the next day and Tom came out to help. Tony followed up with a phone call again to see how we were doing.
This is a truly a team that works well together and works to provide customer satisfaction.

We opted to have Sales Manager Tony H. come the next day to help us finalize a new a/c decision. Both representatives from the company were polite, friendly, capable. And what a pleasant young lady on the phone to keep us notified as well. New a/c will be installed Friday. I would not hesitate to use or recommend this five-star company.

We have had excellent service from Honest Air for six years. Many thanks to Rich who came out to our home very late at night last week. Our air conditioner stopped working suddenly. We had an almost instant call back from Rich, who had done our routine maintenance for years. He arrived within 15 minutes, and quickly fixed the problem. We highly recommend this company to all our neighbors, and friends in the Venice area.

We had a maintenance visit today. Our Tech was Elvin. He was timely, polite, knowledgeable and efficient.

Zenic was knowledgable and answered questions well.
HA have always been very satisfactory since 2010 for myself.

Ashley just finished our quarterly inspection & did a thorough job. Gave me the system readings, inspected everything & cleaned up. We've had them for 2 years and have been very satisfied.

Honest Air reminded me of my annual maintenance inspection and Ashley arrived as scheduled. Ashley went right to work opening up the HVAC equipment and checking that the system was running to its spec design. Excellent follow up and service. I highly recommend Ashley and Honest Air Conditioning.

Contracted Honest for a new AC unit, we had a 25 year old Train system which was running great and decided to replace it this spring due to it's age and efficiency. Install and cleanup was good, however someone dropped something on the garage floor causing a nickel size divot in the center of the floor. It's a minor wound, glad I waited on finishing our garage floor until after this project was completed.

Our A/C unit suddenly stopped working. A call to Honest Air had us on the phone with Tom B. in a matter of minutes. He arrived 15 minutes later, quickly diagnosed the problem (a loose connection on the electrical panel) and fixed the same problem in a matter of minutes. Oustanding service once again from Honest Air.
