There are dozens of choices when it comes to air conditioning installation and service. Honest Air provides extra-ordinary customer service and professionalism during the Sales, installation, and semi-annual service phases of interaction. Most impressive is the individual service technician's product knowledge and honesty in assessing the needs for my A/C system. Paperwork is straight forward and simple, plus Honest Air provides automatic email follow-ups. I have no worries when it comes to my A/C system What more could I say?

I have lived in my home for over 15 years and have had my heating and cooling system serviced every six months for as long as I can remember. Daniel B. with honest air conditioning of Venice was at my home this past Friday to service my unit and completely sets the standard on what good routine service should be. He by far has done the best job of anyone that has ever been in my home. He was more thorough than anyone has ever been and in my opinion should be the individual who trains the maintenance technicians on what should be done on a six-month basis. I also contacted the owners to let them know they should not only give this man more money but should do whatever it takes to retain him with their company. I will always ask for Daniel to return to my home for service and I highly recommend him.

These people are SO responsive. And they have a 24 hour on-call service. My AC went out at 5pm and within an hour, a very competent diagnostician (whose name I forgot) was here to troubleshoot at length. The next AM, first thing, Phil was here doing the actual fix, having brought himself up to date before he arrived. That's efficiency! They're great. Ashley, too, an AC tech/service person. And Amy at the desk is always accommodating.

Had a 6 month service done with Rich and he was very professional and service was completed in a timely manner. Enjoy working with Honest Air

Eric was the epitome of professionalism. On time, courteous, very thorough, explained everything to me and told me what would be needed on the next "check-up". All maintenance representatives should take lessons from this gentleman.

He found a screw someone had dropped resting on one of the aluminum coils which would have rusted and caused a leak in the future

Daniel is an excellent Air Conditioning service mechanic .He has the correct personality that is required to deal with the customers that he services More important than the equipment in some cases. Fixing the systems is the goal but the owners have to have confidence in the company they called and Daniel provides that feeling of confidence for the company.
