Amy was able to get us onto the schedule at the last minute which was a big help. Our tech was Elvin. Really pleasant and professional. He did a thorough service and explained the results to us very clearly. We have had Honest Air as our HVAC service provider since we moved to Florida and are very happy with both the customer service and onsite service. When we needed a repair they were very accommodating and fast. Job done quickly and right the first time.

Elvin was professional and arrived on time with a smile on his face. He explained the service he performed and also mentioned what we should consider doing to the air conditioning unit in the future. Elvin suggested a a surge protector for the unit and cleaning our duct lines. He was very pleasant and efficient. Nice man.

The company always calls about appointments and reminders when the technicians are in their way. Daniel arrived on time, was efficient with his service and seemed knowledgeable with his work. I would like to have him continue servicing my AC in the future.

Honest Air installed my first A/C unit 17 1/2 years ago and the second 1 1/2 years ago. They provide outstanding service and are always a pleasure to work with. Their office staff are helpful and prompt. Zenic worked on the install 1 1/2 years ago and did the maintenance yesterday. He is skilled, knowledgeable, very pleasant, helpful, answers questions and is generally an excellent representative of Honest Air. Thank you!

Elvin was very professional and through and explained things very well.

Honest Air always arrives within the appointment schedule time and they are professional and very knowledgeable. The office works with the customer as to when the appointment will be and calls 10-15 minutes before they arrive. Before they leave the service person explains everything they have done and provides the results of their testing along with recommended changes if necessary. Elvin did ours yesterday and is an excellent representative for the company.

Great service and the technician, Kyle S, lives up to the company name. He explained everything thoroughly and did not push any unnecessary up-sell. As well as being very respectful, he also went above and beyond to analyze my duct-work when I had questions about it (and performing some free of charge patching).

We have used Honest Air Conditioning for the past three years at our home In Venice, Florida. They are punctual, efficient and reasonably priced on their yearly contracts and parts and service. We have had the same young man each time and he is very informative and caring about our equipment. He answers every question and is not in a hurry to leave . I think anyone that needs a quality company to service their air conditioning needs , should consider Honest Air..
