Purchased heat/AC unit from Honest Air earlier this year, with the purchase came scheduled maintenance. Was contacted by the always pleasant Theresa at Honest Air that it was time to schedule. The scheduled maintenance was just completed by technician Ashley M. Ashley arrived on time and quickly and efficiently inspected and preformed the suggested maintenance items to ensure the unit continues to perform as new. Not only is Ashley obviously knowledgeable in her role she is pleasant, informative and a great personality.
From first contact with Honest Air over two years ago to today, have had nothing but good experiences.

I have used Honest Air for 14 years and have always been satisfied with their service. Elvin was the last Tech. to service my AC and he was very thorough as all the Techs over the years. They are well trained and always professional.

My a/c went on the fritz I noticed at midnight of course. I called Honest Air which has an emergency option but I didn't think it was an emergency so I didn't use it, but I still left my message at midnight.
Amy called me first thing in the morning, she treated me like I'd been a customer for years. So kind and although my a/c was back at temp I didn't want to chance it and she was able to get me an appointment the same day at a very reasonable price. Ashley was my maintenance tech. Able to explain to me what had happened. Made recommendations. Told me what could wait and what should be done as a priority. As she said maintenance to your a/c can extend its life time! She was very relatable.
I was impressed and would not hesitate to and plan to recommend Honest Air Conditioning of Venice to my family and friends and neighbors!

Elvin performed maintenance service on my system and was very thorough. He instructed me in some things I needed to correct to make sure my system performs well and last longer. Took his time to do the job right and didn't do anything that didn't need done.

Kyle serviced my air conditioner today, he was very efficient and extremely polite.
I'd recommend Kyle to anybody, I've already had one of my friends change to Honest Air and I will tell her to ask for Kyle.

My AC went out on Friday evening around 11:00 pm. Called Honest Air. Got their answering service. Was told it was to late for a service call at that time of night. The operator told me she would relay my repair request first thing Saturday morning. Got a phone call from Marissa at Honest Air shortly after 8 am on Saturday morning. She informed me that the service tech Rob K. had two prior service calls before mine but that he would be out my way in a few hours. Marissa called me back around 10 am and told me Rob would be at my house in around 30-40 minutes. Marissa was very nice and professional. She kept me in the loop which is good when your house thermostat is reading 85 degrees. Good employee. She is an asset to your company.

Elvin S. was very professional and personable during his time at my home. He is fairly knowledgeable about the AC products and when the product we needed wasn't available, he made every effort to ensure we would be taken care of. Thank you Elvin!

Daniel B was the tech. On time, professional attitude, polite, came prepared with needed parts, knowledgeable of my system, efficient with time, cleaned-up after repair. PERFECT TRANSACTION!!!

I called Honest Air Conditioning of Venice after hours on a Friday evening due to my air handler leaking quite a bit of water. Zenic S. called me back quickly and explained it sounded like a plugged tube. He went on to tell me about the after hours fee and an approximate charge for cleaning out the pipe if he were to come that night. I asked him to come to unclog it for me and he did so efficiently and effectively. He also told me how to run the A/C afterwards to help dissipate the extra water that was in the handler to avoid further dripping until it was dry. Zenic was very courteous.

Ashley with Honest Air did the semi-annual maintenance service for me and did a thorough job. She was knowledgeable, helpful, pleasant and informative. I've had Honest Air equipment for 17 years and have always had excellent service with them.
