I woke up Sunday morning to no air conditioning. I called Honest AC and their Tech. Zenic S. called back shortly after I called in. He arrived in a timely manner and found the problem right away. They do my maintenance on the unit also. Zenic also answered several questions I had about maintenance and was knowledgable about the equipment. I have been happy with my service.

Ashley was very prompt and courteous. She performed her maintenance on our air conditioner and was very efficient. It was obvious she knew her job well.

Contacted Honest Air when our a/c system stopped cooling despite continuing to run. Jake arrived at our home & diagnosed the problem. He did all he could to provide a temporary fix to ensure we had a/c until a replacement part could be procured and installed. Jake was polite, considerate and thoroughly explained the problem and the fix to us. We are quite grateful to have had prompt and excellent service on such short notice.

We had the regular biannual service on our air conditioner with Ashley, and she did a great job of performing the service as well as noting the loss of freon in the system. Jake then came to the house and found that our main coil was leaking, and that we needed $1,2000 worth of new parts and repairs. Not happy about the cost of the repair, but absolutely delighted at Jake's abilities, professionalism, neatness, and work ethic. In blazing heat he fixed the unit just as promised, and got our system back up. Honest air has been the best over the last 10 years we have used them, and we will certainly continue with folks like Jake and Ashley on board. Thanks Honest Air!

I have used Honest Air to service my air conditioner semi-annually since I purchased my home in 2014. Each time they have been efficient, on-time, thorough. Two years ago I had a leak and they came out and fixed it within a day. In addition, because it was just 2 months since the service call they did not charge me for the service call, only the part needed.

Last year they sent out Ashley and in addition to being efficient, professional and thorough, she was delightful. I applaud Honest Air for rounding out their service tech team with a woman. Actually I would like to recommend that when Honest gets a new customer they should send out Ashley especially if the customer is a single woman....!!!! I again requested Ashley for my most recent service call. She is very professional, gets the job done in a timely manner, and is a pleasure to do business with.
