Honest Air

The office always calls ahead to let me know when the technician will be at my house, which is greatly appreciated. My technician was Elvin Santiago and he did a very good job. He was thorough with the preventive maintenance and went over his check list with me when he was finished. I have been using Honest Air for a few years now and have been very happy with their service.

Elvin was here on time and went to work immediately. He is very professional and polite and is an excellent representative of your business. He has serviced our unit before and we would be pleased to have him again.

Rob K. came out on a service call and took apart air handler and AC to show me why we needed a new unit was courteous and professional.
When we purchased a new AC unit three technicians Jacob B., Angel R. and Mick K. came out to install again on time courteous and professional all the way. Would absolutely recommend Honest Air to friends and neighbors.

Rob was very knowledgeable and worked diligently to try to identify our issue when other companies were unsuccessful and didn't try to assist us. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, experienced AC technician.

Zenic was knowledgeable and courteous and did an outstanding job for me on my rental unit. I learned some netinfo about the humidistat that was not made available to me by FPL. Also he was very accommodating and I appreciate his professionalism.I would like him do my service work from now on.

Rich did a very professional job and was easy to work with. He explained in detail exactly what he was doing and did not leave until we were satisfied that the unit was working to our satisfaction.

Honest Air have maintained our 10yr old unit for the past few years. Their mechanics who complete our work have always been professional, helpful, courteous and truthful. Our unit is old and they have kept it running well. I have had to make an emergency call for them to come out on a long weekend when my fan motor broke and they were very accommodating and repaired the motor fast and successfully. As I was under their maintenance agreement the replacement cost was small.
I would recommend Honest Air to anyone.

Daniel came in to service our HVAC unit. He was very knowledgeable and explained what he did and what he found. He was neat, personable and very focused on doing a good job. I would highly recommend Honest Air to our friends.

Would rate 5 except I was charged for a service call when our system was not functioning. Would normally expect to pay a service call in such a situation; however, the day they performed the repair they also did two normal maintenance checks. There is not a separate service call charge for the normal maintenance checks. Had the repair problem been performed on a day that the normal maintenance work was scheduled there would not have been a service call charge. The bottom line is that Honest Air made one trip to our home and combined what would have been two separate trips into one and I had to pay a service fee. Thus, they did not have to absorb the trip
cost built into the normal maintenance plan fee schedule. I feel "short
changed" by Honest Air.
