I would give a 5 star review.The gentleman that came to service our air-conditioner was very knowledgeable and courteous.He also took his time and insisted on looking over the whole system he said to be sure that everything is as it should be.I would highly recommend this company.We have been dealing with them for many year.They have been fast at responding to our needs and kept us updated on the estimated time of arrival Zenic who was our service technician today.

We had an appointment with Honest Air for 12:00-2:00 today. I called Heidi and asked if we could change the appointment to 2:00-4:00 at the last minute and she was very accommodating. We got a call from the office telling us the tech would arrive in the next 15-20 minutes and she did. Ashley was very professional, personable and answered all of our questions. We thought the service we got from Honest Air was really good. Big thumbs up. Thanks Ashley and Heidi.

I had my air conditioning go down. no air no heat nothing. I called honest air. they sent tom an he was very nice an knew what he was doing. will call them next time too. good job tom

Ashley from Honest Air performed our annual A/C maintenance. She was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. The company should be proud to have her! Very nice experience. Heidi in the office is very prompt and courteous.

We moved into our home a few months ago with HVAC a year old. A few days ago I noticed an odd smell and we tried shutting down, restarting, a few other simple tricks to no avail. We called Honest Air, installers of our system and Phil arrived WITHIN 20 MINUTES. That was astonishing in itself,but even though he did not initially smell anything, he respected my input and searched deeper and found the source of the odor. He cleaned out a drain, reangled the drain to prevent further issues and was helpful in providing information on how we could transfer the warranty on this newer unit into our names. We signed up for yearly inspections and will be requesting Phil's presence in the future!

I had an excellent experience with Honest Air. I had a terrible experience with a prior air conditioning company and was so hesitant when looking for another to come and do the maintenance on my unit. Everyone at Honest Air has been a pleasure to work with. Ashley came out and made us feel very confident. She was very knowlegeable, check our unit inside and out, answered all our questions, and fixed a problem caused by the other company. We were so happy that we signed a maintenance agreement and put all our apprehensions at ease.

The entire experience was professional and courteous. Mike and Tyler were thoughtful and careful throughout the installation of our new HVAC. Also cleaned our ducts as well. All floors and stairs covered and old unit out with new unit hookup and no mess. This is day two and everything working like a charm. Mike took the time to explain all aspects of the new system. Just a first rate experience.

Honest Air Conditioning installed an A/C unit in my Venice, Fl condo. Sales, installation, clean-up, and testing all went very well. Tony sold us what was needed and nothing more. Angel and his crew did a meticulous removal and installation job. Wiring, plumbing,and tin work all done skillfully. The new A/C unit heats and cools much better than the old unit. It does the job faster and quieter.

Honest Air's technician Ashley was extremely thorough in checking out my A/C; when a potential issue arose she explained it carefully, and called a colleague (Phil) out to double check that everything was ok with the system. He was equally thorough, and (thankfully!) assured me everything was working ok. I've always had good service from this company: they're very pleasant to deal with.

Very pleased with the courteous, timely and thorough service rendered by Daniel from Honest Air upon my last maintenance session. One of the coldest days we had here in Venice did not hinder Daniel from completely inspecting all components of my A/C.

Honest Air of Venice has provided outstanding service. They are helpful, do what they say they are going to do and at a reasonable price. Their techs are personable, provide useful information and do a thorough service, no matter how late it is.

We woke up this morning with no heat. Cleaned filters, checked circuit breakers and couldn't get anything to work. Called Honest AC of Venice, left a message, received a call back and Tom said he could be here in under an hour. He was and he checked out everything, found 2 shorts in the unit and a blown fuse in the auxiliary/emergency heat strip. He fixed everything, checked a few other things and we had heat in less than and hour and a half. Very friendly and professional. What mattered most was he knew what he was doing. They are our new AC company in Florida.

Honest Air Conditioning - and specifically Daniel - did a fantastic job cleaning our air conditioner after a major remodeling job. Daniel was thorough and careful, as well as an attentive listener to the issues of concern. We heartily recommend the company and especially Daniel.

Very cordial and professional. Also very helpful in taking pictures of a roof leak and showing me pictures he took in the attic. Very fine young man.
