Honest Air

We have had a yearly maintenance plan with Honest Air for years and their service continues to impress. Zenic is the technician we have been requesting as he is very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant. While we were away 6 or so months ago, our AC acted up. Our wonderful neighbors called Honest Air and were so impressed with the level of service they have begun using them.

I recently had a vibrating noise coming from my inside unit in the garage, Thinking it was a motor going bad, and being an exceptionally hot day, I called Honest Air right away. Amy in the office took my call and assured me a tech would be there asap. She thought some time late afternoon.
She called back a little later and told me a tech would be there within an hour. Thinking the vibration might cause my Heat Pump to fail, her letting me know the tech was coming sooner made me happy.

I had just discovered a water leak in my garage and found out a pipe was leaking under the kitchen floor. I was preoccupied with dealing with that and didn't want to investigate an AC problem that might be beyond my control.
I awaited the tech's arrival and when Steven arrived I told him about the noise. He looked at the unit and determined that the noise was vibration from the unit cover, He tightened the screws and the noise stopped, He installed an extra screw in the cover to prevent the cover from vibrating again.
I would have normally looked at the noise and possibly I would have found the problem but I was too preoccupied with my water leak. It cost me $85.00 for the service call, but at least it solved another problem I didn't need. Both Amy & Steven were very professional and courteous.

Their name says it all! You would think with a name like that they are trying to cover up something, but nope they ARE honest, upfront about fees and professional. Lucky to get Kyle with a late night call when my just over 1 year old unit crapped out. (Just had maintenance service with the company that installed the unit). Diagnosed the issue right the first time and that was it and fixed. He waited a bit to make sure. Kyle really cared that my a/c worked and that he fixed the problem correctly. I found my honest company. Glad I don't have to worry about who I am calling for air conditioning help cause won't use the company that installed the unit anymore. From now on, it's Honest Air. If you're new to the west coast of Florida like I am, you don't have to worry about who to call. Thank you and here's too continued company success.

I had another AC company tell me how horrendous my AC unit was the day prior to meeting Honest Air. They told me my system was over working, there was water in the pan, there was mold. I needed all kinds of remedial work. Stephen came the next day and advised me there was nothing to worry about. Non of my components was anywhere near full load capacity, there was no mold, and water in the pan is normal. I was so impressed with him I signed a two year contract to be my maintenance company.

Tony H, the salesman, was great. He explained everything and answered all my questions.

The two installers, Jacob B. and Anthony, did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to use Honest Air again.

Very thorough and helpful; on time and careful. They don't try to up sell me for anything I don't need. We bought a condo where that had done the original install and signed up for the 2x year service; have not regretted it. Office very pleasant as well.
