He did an outstanding job. He found places to clean that I didn't even know were there; sprayed and cleaned places that have never been cleaned before. Before leaving he cleaned up the whole area with a blower and was even nice to my 2 little dogs!

Zenick serviced my system. Great customer service and in-service communication. Kept me informed through out the process.

On April 25,2019 Chris P. and Eric G. installation technicians from Honest Air arrived promptly at 8:15 Am to install a new Trane HVAC system in our home. Professional and excellent workmanship were top notch. I couldn't have asked for better installation Tech's who answered any of our questions and took the time to go over the workings of our entire new system which made the decision to go from a repair to a replacement a lot less stressful. These 2 guys get a "5" star from us. Now not to forget Scott and the office staff who were also amazing in how they handled our situation which was time sensitive - coudn't ask for better people.

We will be using this company for all our maintenance and service needs.

He was professional, on time, explained what had been done. Extremely pleased with the company and the service provided by the technician. Will not hesitate to use again.

We had a technician come out to our home a couple days before our scheduled service and he arrived earlier then scheduled which worked out very well and he found and fixed our problem in a very short time. Great service.

A few days later we had a great service man and he was very knowledgeable and helped us understand how the systems works. I called and complimented the person and apologize as his name escapes me right now. But we were very thankful. Good services and very dependable.

Installed two new vents to cool my over-heated living room. Very professional installation, on time, and left no trail behind them. Very happy with their work, and will be using them in the future.

The service rep arrived on time and carried out the service steps in an efficient and professional manner, explaining procedures and the repair required.

Honest Air has been a great company to deal with over the years. The technician arrives during the time window promised and even phones ahead to give a few minutes "heads-up" before arrival.

Everything was explained and our confidence in the company feels well deserved. The maintenance technician, Elvin Santiago, was efficient, very competent, in addition to be well groomed and well spoken. We would definitely request Elvin again.

Daniel was the technician assigned to perform our maintenance service. He was friendly, courteous and professional. He answered all of my questions and did a thorough service on our HVAC system. I will be requesting Daniel for future service appointments.

I recently had routine maintenance to our A/C unit. Daniel, the technician, was professional in his work and respectfully answered questions I had regarding the unit. He arrived within the 2 hour window and Theresa let me know he was on his way prior to his arrival. We have used Honest Air for many years and will continue to do so.

Honest Air and Angel Rosa did a great job installing a new HVAC system. Angel communicated well what he was doing and was very careful to make sure the installation process was clean. Everything was done timely, correctly and with no trace that he and his assistant were back and forth in the house.

I usually don't do this but (rant)
My AC wasn't cooling like is should
So I called Honest air because I had dealt with before and they had done good work.
The technician did some trouble shooting.
And said my unit was low on coolant. So he added some Over 3pounds
And stated that he had found a leak in my coil in my attic.
I asked Him if it were possible for him to fix it. And he said that the leak was in a spot where the copper and aluminum meets and can't be soldered. Then he try's to sell me a new system.
I was like let's just replace the coil since the rest of the unit was working.
He gives me an outrageous over $2000 price for the new coil. And recommended that I bite the bullet and purchase a new AC unit . I said I had replaced the compressor 4 years ago and that it was still solid so let's fix the coil.
He topped of my unit with more gas
And said I'll get 2week out of the the unit.
I said I let you know if I'm gonna fix it or replace the whole unit in a day or so I'll have it think about it
For some reason I knew I was being lied too. I went with my gut and called a second AC company knowing full well that it would be another 150 service call.
Tri County air. The technician discovered that my compressor went into a critical over load and stopped working totally because of the now 7 pounds of coolant (there should be only 4lbs) was back flowing in to it and possibly destroying it. Luckily the compressor had and emergency shut off when it has an overheat and critical overload.
The technician took out the extra over 3pounds and we did the leak test of which he couldn't find any leaks after about two hours he was able to totally fix everything and said the unit is solid.
I won't be doing any business with Honest Air turns out that they are not so honest!ð??¤
