Nicholas was here on time and did my maintenance as per my contract. He is very personable and did a great job. Reviewed what he did and made recommendations as the unit is going on 10 years. I am taking these recommendations under consideration. Highly recommend Nicholas and Honest Air. I would like to add that anytime that I call, whoever answers is always pleasant and helpful.

AC was blowing warm air. When Zenic arrived, it took him about 5 minutes to diagnose the problem (bad capacitor). Charge $85. Replaced the capacitor (a $40 item) in about 20 minutes. Charge $173. Total cost for about a half hour of work, $258. I could have spent a half hour in surgery for less than that! Why does everyone in "the trades" gouge homeowners? Was this really "Honest"?

Called Honest Air on a Sunday afternoon because our air handler was not working.The initial call from the after hours service department was easy, efficient and she was very pleasant. Jake called us within 20 minutes of our initial call and was at our house 30 minutes later. He identified the problem and spent the time to talk to us about our air handler. He made sure the unit was working properly before he left. Jake was not only knowledgeable but very personable, thorough and complete with his assessment and explanations. We will be using Honest Air in the future for our yearly maintenance and any other future needs. You have an excellent employee-Jake is the best!

Finally an Organization with World Class Service. From initial contact to finished job it is done RIGHT. The whole staff is great. And they are Honest.

Rich has been to my home for the last couple of visits and he has done an incredible job. Very nice, hard worker and experienced/knowledgeable. I feel comfortable with him working on the unit in my home. He gave me wonderful information regarding coil cleaning/UV light where I could make a decision on what was needed to be done. I look forward to working with him in the future.

I have already sent a review for Jake the service tech who repaired my Heat Pump on June 28th, but I forgot the young lady's name that I spoke to in the office the day I requested service on my Heat Pump. I now know her name was Marissa, She answered my phone call, and let me know when I could expect service from Jake. Initially it was to be later in the afternoon, but she called me back within an hour and told me the service tech Jake would be there within 30 minutes. It made me very happy since it was a very hot and muggy day. Marissa was very pleasant & professional. She kept me informed of when the tech would arrive. Good job Marissa. Thanks

My outside Heat Pump quit working yesterday morning. I called Honest Air of Venice for service.They dispatched a tech (Jake R.) who arrived within 2 hours. He looked at the unit and found a bad relay motor relay unit . He had one in his truck and promptly replaced it, He checked the system, replaced some rusty grill cover screws and was done. All within an hour. System working well. He was friendly, efficient, and courteous. He knew what he was doing. Great guy! Would let him work on my Heat Pump any time. He is an asset to Honest Air.
Being a former maintenance supervisor, I know a good tech when I see one. He is!

Fantastic! I called and within a few minutes she was sending messages to a tech to get our air conditioner fixed. About a half hour later she called back to say the tech was on his way. And finally, the tech was courteous and quick. He knew exactly what was wrong and had it repaired quickly.
