Honest Air

This was my first experience with Honest Air. I found them in the Gondolier listed as "The Best of the Best of Venice". I totally agree, they are the best! Both Elvin and Daniel were terrific! Both were very knowledgeable and explained everything in easily understood terms.
So happy I found Honest Air!

We had a home inspection done by Jake R with Honest Air Conditioning, he was knowledgeable and very helpful. A few weeks later we had a humidistat installed, Honest AC was very accommodating getting an appointment, worked around my schedule and was reasonably priced. The technician was again Jake R., he arrived on time, was courteous and professional. I highly recommend Honest AC and Jake R.

Called Honest Air Conditioning of Venice, quick service the same day. Phil was the technician, really knew his stuff. He fixed it within an hour, Infact he did more then I expected. Great guy who works for a company that cares about their customers.

We would like to give kiddos to Zenic S, the Maintenance Technician who performed our annual system maintenance. He was friendly, courteous, polite &, thorough. He took effort to be clean whichever area he went into.

MY OLD AC SYSTEM WAS SHOT AND THE VENTS WERE FULL OF MOLD... I NEEDED HELP FAST...AFTER SPEAKING WITH A FEW OF MY NEIGHBORS THAT HAD RECOMMENDED HONEST AC OF VENICE, I CALLED AND AMY WAS VERY HELPFUL AND SAID SCOTT COULD BE AT MY HOME IN AN HOUR FOR A FREE SECOND QUOTE, SCOTT LOOKED AT MY OLD UNIT AS WELL AS THE MOLD IN THE SYSTEM AND VENTS, HE FULLY EXPLAINED ALL DETAILS ON MY OLD UNIT AND SAT DOWN WITH ME TO DISCUSS A NEW UNIT, HIS TOTAL TIME FOR A FREE SECOND QUOTE LASTED 90 MINUTES WHICH MADE ME FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE ABOUT HIS PROFESSIONAL MANNER OF EXPLAINING PRICING, WARRANTY AND FINANCING. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED AND SIGNED UP RIGHT AWAY AS HONEST AC OFFERED SO MUCH MORE THEN THE OTHER TWO AC COMPANIES QUOTES HAD TO OFFER!!! MY ENTIRE SYSTEM WAS REPLACED WITH BRAND NEW EQUIPMENT AS WELL AS THE DUCTS AND THE MOLD WAS CLEANED OUT AND SANITIZED. THE TEAM OF 3 INSTALLERS... ANGEL ROSA, ALAIN & DANIEL ALL SHOWED UP ON TIME, PREPARED MY HOME WITH COVERING THE FLOORS AND FURNITURE BEFORE STARTING THE JOB. ANGEL, ALAIN AND DANIEL HAD EXPLAINED EVERTHING TO ME AS THEY ALL WORKED TOGETHER AS A GREAT TEAM TO GET THE JOB DONE THREW OUT THE DAY AND THEN WHEN FINISHED THEY CLEANED AND SWEPT MY FLOORS!!! I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE INSTALLATION OF THE 3 INSTALLERS AS WELL AS THEIR KNOWLEDGE AND PROFESSIONALISM OF ANSWERING MY QUESTIONS AS WELL AS ANGEL TAKING THE TIME AT THE END OF A BUSY DAY TO EXPLAIN ALL NEW DETAILS ABOUT THE SYSTEM AND NEW THERMOSTATð??ð??ð??ð??ð?? I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HONEST AC OF VENICE FOR ANY AND ALL OF YOUR AC NEEDS AS THEY ARE IMPECCABLE... Great service. Called at 1 PM - Service Technician - Phil S. here by 2:30 PM. Give us our options and made a temporary repair until we can install a new unit. Would wholeheartedly recommend Phil and Honest Air Conditioning of Venice to anyone.

Honest AC is the best. AC went out. Called a vendor who could come 3 days from today. Called Honest AC and they came within hours. Our Technician was PHIL S. This guy REALLY KNOWS HIS STUFF! Fixed within 30 minutes for only the service charge. HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOTH HONESE AC of Venice and PHIL S!!!!!

angel and his partner did our airduct cleaning for our hvac system. They were on time, neat, courteous and knowledgeable. They were very customer focused. We were extremely satisified and would highly recommend them.

Honest Air is an exceptional local company with highly trained technicians. We were already an established client of Honest Air and decided to replace our old unit. Angel R. led the 3 man team on May 7, 2019 for the swap out and we could not be more pleased with the installation process. Angel is a very competent technician and took extra time to review everything when the installation was completed.

We had our maintenance done as part of our Maintenance Agreement on our three systems last week. Besides doing the normal system checks the service tech went over the call of duty by cleaning the outside compressors with our high pressure cleaner, removing the rust and painting
the rusted areas.

Phil should be the model for responding techs-, it is always stressful when a major appliance stops working-his response time, knowledge, informativeness and general manner put us at ease and within just a couple of hours after our call including an ordered part and return visit, we were nice and cool. Office staff Marissa and Amy were great at scheduling our visit and then calling back to say Phil was able to move our appt forward-Thank you all!

Our technician Phil S. was top notch! He explained everything and was very knowledgeable.we have had many companies and technicians in 30 years,Phil was hands down the best ever!

When we arrived at our house the afternoon of 4/17, the AC was not working at all. Steve was interrupted on his way home and came promptly and replaced a faulty thermostat resolving the problem. Much appreciate the prompt and friendly service.
