We referred my Uncle to Horizon based on the service and product quality we received. After he finalized everything, we found out that he was taken to the cleaners. Frankly, to do this to an 89 year old man simply disgusts me. He was charged $17,592 for a 1 Coleman system (heating & air). We paid $20,000 for 2 Lennox systems (heating & air). We had a 96% eff vs his at 90%. Our capacity was a total of 6 Ton to his 2.5 Ton. He had 1 install team; we had 2. We have various competitor rates between $9-11k for one of our systems from direct competitors which is a superior product to the one he bought. This only adds up to one thing: an 89 year old man was taken advantage of. I'm certainly not done with this and plan on taking this as far as I can and to whatever outlets I can. The only right thing this company can do now is to apologize and make this right by giving him a fair market price. And let's not try and pretend that $17592 for a Coleman, 90% eff, 2.5 T is a fair market price. The salesman and sales manager who go home feeling good about this and feel justified is so not the company that I dealt with 2 years ago. Now we are sending in price matches to prove something that the company already knows..unbelievable! Bottom-line..if you are older and thinking about going with Horizon or referring an elderly person to Horizon like we did - DON'T. They will capitalize and take full advantage of any naive or good, honest nature you have. And after my last phone conversation, it appears they can live with it just fine. I would like the individual in customer service to refer her father to Horizon and have him play $17,500 for the system my Uncle received. Don't think that will ever happen! To think, we went from referring this company to friends and family to wishing we never did!

I had an excellent experience with Horizon Services. My call was answered promptly; I got an appointment within 48 hours; the technician arrived on time. Steve C, my technician, was professional and polite, and was able to identify the problem right away. I thought that the repair rate was reasonable, and I would definitely use Horizon Services again.

Frank did an excellent job. He was professional, kind and communicated well. He told us what he was going to do and how long it would take. If he entered the house, he covered his feet. He was considerate and a pleasure to have work on our system. He informed us of the age of our unit and warned us of the length of time units last. He said our unit is working well today.

Horizon Plumbing Technician, Kevin E. and assistant Johnny delivered all the service as advertised: respectful of our home, no hidden costs, and arrived in a timely manner. They came to assess several plumbing issues. One of my issues was not resolved, but I received good guidance toward resolving it which was to utilize the manufactures warranty and get the part for free. I deeply appreciate the cost saving measures that were provided and feel that contributes largely to future choices to use Horizon again.

Technician arrived on-time. He was thorough; diagnosed the trouble and then proceeded to replace our sump pumps and check valves. He fixed our very serious "accident on the way to happen" and we truly appreciate his very professional efforts.

I just used Horizon for a heating system tuneup and was happy with the service. Charles M., the technician performed a detailed inspection, tuned up my system, and explained to me everything he did. He found no immediate issues, but alerted me to potential future issues and things to look out for. I found Charles to be friendly and professional. He even put on shoe covers when he entered the house.

Colin J[redacted] did my maitenaince today and I was very satisfied with his work and personality . After using Horizon for several years now I have been aware that they must have the maitenaince men sell more services.Colin recomended some other things but was not pushy like some have been in the past.I appreciated that very much and would like to have him to my next service.
Training your men to be like a used car sales person is not honest .

we have agreed to honor their request to pay for the repair completed by the other service provider. In addition we also refunded the $59.00 for the tune up completed by our technician. The home owner is happy with this outcome and greatly appreciates the resolution.
