Horizon services was able to respond quickly to my emergency and have my water back on and plumbing problem fixe within 4 hours after calling them. Great job to Bill and Mark

Frank was a friendly, professional and courteous technician. He was on time and had a smile on his face. He did his job and then some. I asked his a few question and he took the time to answer them. He never made me feel like I was taking his time, just the opposite. He took time to answer my questions fully.

James was a very thorough technician. He did an excellent job.

Horizon service checked a leak in my air conditioner and said I needed a new coil for $3,000. My neighborhood with experience said no way could it be that much. I had two seperate companies in to evaluate the leak. The .coil is fine.

Charles m came out and found what was going on with my heater fixed and even worked with price so I can get it fixed. he is welcomed to my home anytime.

The technician showed up during the scheduled time and we received a call notifying us he was on his way. The appointment was very quick, and we were not pressured into purchasing any additional services or equipment. We did renew our service contract on our heating system.

Technician called before arriving, changed filter. Everything is good.

Another great visit from Horizon. I've been using them for HVAC maintenance for 7-8 years and never had a bad visit. Steve C was very friendly, courteous and professional.

We called Horizon when our oil furnace decided to stop working and it was the best thing we did. It started with really good customer service call and we received a quick response.
Sean F** was there the next day ( as requested by me) on time and quickly went work to troubleshoot our heating system. He was back early the next morning (again on time) to service our furnace and was able to successfully repair it within a couple of hours. He explained to me what was wrong with our furnace while giving me great advice on how to maintain our furnace in good working condition.
It was unfortunate for our system to have a problem but I'm glad I called Horizon my family and I have piece of mind knowing that it was repaired correctly.

James Ga[redacted] was my Horizons Services Technician for my Heating system preventative maintenance today. He was prompt and cordial. He was very patient explaining what he was going to do. He took detailed pictures to explain exactly what he saw while working on my two units. Explained how things worked and how regular preventative maintenance decisions can help minimize the more costly problems that could arise. At the end of the day, my two units were checked out and they are good to go for this upcoming heating season.

Just had Frank D[redacted] over to take care of an issue with my furnace. He arrived early (after a heads up from the office to confirm it was okay), diagnosed the problem in minutes and clearly explained all my service options without being pushy. James G was great. I contacted Horizon for my mothers heater that would not stay lit. They gave me an appointment for the next day. That day they called and said they could have someone there sooner which worked out better for us. James G arrived on time. He is a very professional and courteous technician. He did an evaluation then explained what was needed to fix the problem. He explained the service contract which made sense to purchase. He took the time to explain and never rushed us. I think I know more now about this heater then I did before he arrived. Horizon is very lucky to have him as part of their company. If all your technician give the same service as James G they will have repeat clients.

We have used Horizon services for a few years now and have been quite pleased with their services. Most recently we experienced a hard-to-diagnose plumbing leak and were pleased with the cadre of technicians that Horizon dispatched to our home over a 5-day period--Mike R**h (plumbing), Frank D[redacted] (HVAC), Daniel C[redacted] (plumbing), and Zach. This was a very difficult and challenging water problem to diagnose and to resolve but Horizon successfully resolved the matter. We were particularly impressed by Horizon's focus on customer service and their prompt and persistent attention to our problem, despite it being over Memorial Day weekend.

I was very satisfied with Mike R.'s service visit today. He was on time, courteous, friendly, and professional. The strainer on our sink had rusted away badly, and was very old. It took some work to remove the old strainer, since it had corroded so badly, and was stuck to the sink. However, Mike got the job done and checked the pipes to be sure all was OK. Also, he used booties and drop cloth to protect our home from dirt and debris, and took away the old parts. He applied a discount coupon to help with the cost, too. Can't ask for more from a technician!
