I put in a call to Horizon concerning my oil burner. Service by Horizon's Sean F. was very prompt professional and courteous. This technician was very careful and thorough and went over all parts of the furnace to be sure everything was updated. He explained everything clearly. I could have gotten better service. Very pleased with Sean F. and Horizon.

I've been using Horizon Services to do furnace and ac tuneups for a number of years. Frank, like every other Horizon technician I've had out, was polite, clean, pleasant, and reassuring about the state of our HVAC - I abhor service people who try to sell you a new system when you know everything is fine. These guys don't do that. He even went back downstairs after we'd signed the papers, because I mentioned that maybe our ducts weren't adjusted properly. He opened several that we had not realized were closed, and showed me where they were so I can manage them myself. Awesome!

I have been a Horizon Client since 2013. My experience has been great with no complaints. During my last service call, James found and repaired a faulty capacitor. Also the clock thermostat was reset to avoid the weekly battery check light error. Again, another 100 % happy service call.

The Horizon service rep was on time. Very neat & clean. Provided good service
