Steve was on time, respectful and very thorough.

I have had a marvelous experience with this gentlemen. He arrived promptly and being a full professional set out to clear main drain. although clog was in county line. Ken stayed around to see the process through to a successful conclusion.

Let me be clear. This is NOT a review of Steve, the technician.
This IS A REVIEW of Horizon. The technician rightly installed a Hard Start Kit to get my compressor working. However, I was charged $305.00 for a part that can be bought locally for $50.00, at most. I understand profit motive but a 500% markup is a bit ridiculous. I could go into some of the other fees/rates I was quoted for other parts and services but will save that for some other time.
Needless to say, be cautious if Horizon is supplying your parts.

Kenneth came right away and fixed my mother's clogged pipe.

Jose S came out and was pleasant and quickly assessed our problem. He ordered the motor required and scheduled it's installation.

Horizons came earlier than scheduled, which worked well for me yesterday. The tech quickly came up with solutions (one more and one less expensive) options to fix a leaky faucet in my utility sink in the basement. He was personable, knowledgeable and courteous!

Steve got here on time and was very easy to work with.

Excellent professional service

George P. arrived promptly, was professional, and provided outstanding customer service. We really appreciated the fact that George wore shoe covers, as it was a rainy, late fall day. George made sure that our home was as clean as it was when he arrived. Would recommend George to family and friend without hesitation.

Pat showed up early for the scheduled appointment. It was raining and he made sure to wear the protective shoe covers when he came in the house. He explained the problem and was prompt in fixing what needed to be done. He was friendly, courteous, and didn't mind my dog smiling him. Thanks Pat for coming on a Sunday to help us!!!

Horizon Services provided fabulous service again! The technician, Frank, was knowledgeable, personable, professional, and efficient. He explained the problem and the solution clearly including the cost, and performed the repair in a timely manner.
