The technician arrived exactly on time, was very respectful of our home, and was very personable. He didn't mind that I watched him do the work and explained what he was doing. He answered all questions that I had. He explained the charges on the bill and made recommendations on a replacement system as mine is near its end of life (15 years).

Another great experience with Horizon Services. Their technicians always are so professional and personable. Steve C. completed heater maintenance and was very thorough . He explained the condition of the unit and made some great recommendations as well. He even remembered being here last year!

I discovered a leak and determined the cause was a cracked toilet tank. I called Horizon after 8 pm and was able to schedule a service for the next day. The customer service representative was cheerful, polite, and helpful.
The technicians arrived on time. They were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. The work was performed promptly and at a fair price.
My problem was solved in less than 24 hours with virtually no hassle on my end. I was pleased with Horizon's service, and I would use it again.

Steve was prompt and very professional. Unfortunately, he had some bad news concerning my air conditioning unit but was helpful in getting me in touch with the crew who would be replacing my unit.

I am rejecting this response because: Now, I am being told by Horizon staff that my home was not made to cool, so, if Horizon had known that from the jump start why was I not informed of this prior to me signing for them to install HVAC unit if it was not going to cool the top floor to begin with. I am told now that my attic is not properly insulated and the attic fan is not working, why wasn't all these factors thoroughly assessed in the beginning and brought to my attention so I could've make a decision based on all these flaws that supposedly my home has?. I repeatedly told them that if you know upstairs of my house will not get cool, let me know in advance before I sign anything, Instead, I was promised that this was not going to be an issue anymore, which is in fact was a lie. Now, they are telling me it is my fault and that I have to yet again spend money to insulate attic and fix fan because they refused to acknowledge that they made a mistake by not properly and thoroughly informed me. I was told they was a crack in the duct system that was not allowing all the air to go in the system to be cooled. My question is, how was this missed or not identified and rectify during the installation of the system? why later after the complaint? I'm sure the ducts need to be clean as well, but guess what? I found out after the fact that Horizon company do not clean ducts. I feel that I was scammed out of my money. I could have gotten better result from a cheaper company. I am stuck now paying monthly at 9.99 interest rate for a flawed service

Great on time service. Mike and his coworker Stephen AKA mighty mouse climbed behind a wall to find the hidden shut off valve.

We had a broken air conditioner and called Horizon. Charles M came to our house on time, diagnosed the problem and fixed our air conditioner right away. Thank you Horizon and Charles M.

On what is so far the hottest day of the summer of 2016 in my area Horizon Services dispatched a very capable technician when our home air conditioning system broke down. The entire process went as well as could be expected. From initial call for help! at 11am till resolution at 5pm.
Kudos to the Horizon staff on the phone: professional, courteous and efficient.
Highest praise to Frank D., the technician who came out and did the actual work. He knew his job and did not mess around, even when a thunderstorm came in and made the job dangerous. A sincere thank you for a job well done!
