The technician arrived on time. He took time to diagnose the issue properly and then took time to explain it in language that we could understand.

[redacted] arrived on time , he put on those cool orange booties and was courteous and polite, went right to work on my yearly heater check-up. he used a meter to check the exhaust fumes and the efficiency of my 37 year old heater. he pointed out that a newer unit would be more efficient and recommended getting one soon.

A few hours later, the old unit was out and the new one was in. Bill was very professional, protected his shoes and covered the floors with canvas tarps, was polite and made sure we understood the operations of the unit before he left. He also checked all of the faucets and made sure we were good to go. I would definate recommend Horizon.

My hot water heater broke and was leaking. When I called around for estimates Horizon was the only company that answered in person right away. I was scheduled for an immediate visit for an estimate. [redacted] came out in about 15 minutes, quickly assessed the situation and offered options. He was extremely professional and courteous. He was able to install the same day and completed in just over an hour ! He explained everything and showed me how it worked. I just had a plumbing issue and Horizon sent [redacted] to replace the shut off valve to the water in my condo. He did a great job and had the water back on in an hour. Everything was done well and was handled professionally. This is the 3rd time ive had horizon out to repair things in my unit and they have done an excellent job.
