Today we had Mark come out and clear a clogged kitchen sink drain. He was respectful and very knowledgeable. However he pointed out an issue with the pipe issue under our sink. He said they weren’t positioned probably which does not allow good flow. When we had a new sink and drain pipes put in October 2019 the Horizon plumber then never brought this to our attention. I’m furious we were never told and issues now could have been avoided. I’m hoping Horizon will reach out and fix this issue at their expense, but I doubt it! Joan S. Langhorne, Pa

This company advertises $59 value for AC , take your money elsewhere for service. The service guy talks the talk and WHO CARES. Just tell me what is going on.

OK, found a mouse in the AC unit outside and needs major work and give me an estimate of $2200, Wanted salesman to come out that afternoon, NO. I need to get further references to myself. Found a GREAT HVAC man that charged 1/3 of what they wanted and didn't need a part which they were going to me charge $424 and he said cost him $65! I needed freeon which is expensive and they didn't mention! RUN, don't walk away from them

Central A/C was not workingFrank Dwas on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, did the repair and some additional service needed, and cleaned up after himselfHe explained everything before performing the needed repair, including the pricing, and held to the quoteWill definitely use Horizon in the future
