Thank you for providing us with the opportunity to respondOn 9/8/a Horizon Services technician arrived at [redacted] home to perform a scheduled point inspection/tune up on his Propane furnaceWhile completing this tune up, our technician discovered what he believed to be a crack in the heat exchangerPer our standard operating procedure, we sent out another HVAC Technician to perform a confirmation inspection of the heat exchangerUpon inspection of the heat exchanger our second technician confirmed the crack [redacted] Called in to Horizon Services on 9/13/stating that he received a quote from another company to replace the heat exchanger and would like us to match that price in order to remain a customerOur HVAC Service Manager agreed to heavily discount the replacement, but it is not Horizon Services’ policy to match pricing from other vendorsWe tried to reach out to [redacted] multiple times but did not receive any contact backWe are very sorry to hear [redacted] is not satisfied, but stand behind the diagnosis of our Technicians and have attached the picture of the crack taken while the technician was onsite, as well as the heat exchanger policy that Horizon Services requires all technicians to sign, and the Carbon Monoxide brochure that is given to homeowners should a cracked heat exchanger be discovered

Jared Farrived well ahead of his expected time (Called first)Jared was professional and courteous when meeting him at the doorJared took the time to listen to my issues and then proceeded to give a plan of actionI gave him access to what he needed(He wore shoe covers to protect my floors) And Jared did his thingI was very pleased with the work performed as well as with the technician doing the work Well done horizon

Doug was very professional and was able to solve our air conditioner problem immediatelyHe was through in inspecting our unit and explained in detail what was going on to me and my father-in-law who was over the phone He gave the job the proper time requiredHe presented himself as an honest professional who truly takes pride in his work and in helping peopleI would not hesitate to call Horizon Services and request Doug M in the future for any repairs

There was another person called Joe M [redacted] as trainee came with AndyThey both were professional, friendly, polite and very thoroughI am very happy with the serviceThe only noise I have is to the companyI think it is a bit priceyI was not too happy about the 10/evening on call personThe company website says it is 24/7, I called the dispatcher, he was nice, polite which was also a good experienceI expect the on call person should call me back but he didn'tI do understand it was late and perhaps he was tired or had some other commitment, as long as he called back just to tell me he couldn't make it, that would be just fineBut no one called me back to let me know one way or the otherThat is not 24/

Andrew S [redacted] did a wonderful job installing our hotwater heater...he was thorough..clean and patient Sometimes us seniors need a little extra time to understand the process His associate (whose name I did not get) did a very good job and was very conscientious I would give the both an A+!!!!

Keith did an excellent job replacing my water heater and water pressure tank He was 100%++ professional in all aspects of completing this job He kept me well informed as to every step in completing this job I was extremely impressed with Keith's problem solving abilities The two employees who also delivered parts to my house were extremely professional and very friendlyThis was my first time using Horizon I will definitely use their services again! Way to go Horizon!!

the Horizon technician arrived in the time frame phoned to us he was pleasant and competent took care of the clogged drain quickly and efficiently this is the third time we've used Horizon for a plumbing problem - each time a different problem - and we have been satisfied each time

George was friendly, knowledgeable and efficientHe corrected the problem and my heater continues to function like new

The Horizon technician seemed to do a thorough job inspecting my furnace until he offered to replace a "weak" starting capacitor for $ I replaced it myself for $ I felt that he tried to take advantage of me

We recently had our heating system replaced by the team led by Michael Perrella. The work was done very professionally and Michael explained how the new system worked, its safety features and how to set up and program the thermostats.

We also had an issue with the system shutting down. We called for service and a technician arrived the day of our call. The shut down was due to a faulty humidifier filter which was unrelated to the system installation.

The technician arrived during the time frame I was given He was extremely polite and informative throughout his visit I would highly recommend Horizon
