There was another person called Joe M[redacted] as trainee came with Andy. They both were professional, friendly, polite and very thorough. I am very happy with the service.
The only noise I have is to the company. I think it is a bit pricey. I was not too happy about the 10/5 evening on call person. The company website says it is 24/7, I called the dispatcher, he was nice, polite which was also a good experience. I expect the on call person should call me back but he didn't. I do understand it was late and perhaps he was tired or had some other commitment, as long as he called back just to tell me he couldn't make it, that would be just fine. But no one called me back to let me know one way or the other. That is not 24/7....

The representative was very courteous and explained everything to me prior to installation of my water heater. After completion , he again went over everything and was very patient when answering my questions .

Horizon was great!

Lee was on time with the appointment. His manner was professional but friendly. He seemed to have good knowledge of his job and represented Horizon very well.
He was very helpful to us and did an excellent job.

Horizon came out to jetter the sewer line. A prior plumbing company couldn't get more than 30 feet in the main, while Horizon was able to get into the entire main plus the branches. They also put a camera in the line and I could see the cast iron pipe where before all you could see was a muddy sludgy mess (at least to my untrained eye). I was told that most companies can't get into the branches coming into the main, but [redacted] (the Horizon tech) accomplished it without difficulty. He also explained everything he did and his skill was matched by his professionalism. This is the third Horizon service we had since we bought the house (prior sump pump repair and branch pipe repair) and I am very pleased with the competence and professionalism of Horizon. I also want to call out Chris as doing a great job.

My techs Andrew and Mike were very effective in rectifying my leaking bolt on my toliet.
