I placed a call into Horizon at 7:am and was given an appointment window immediatelyShortly thereafter I received a call back stating who my service provider would be and that they would also be able to come out sooner which was great given the situation that we were without hot water on the coldest day so far this seasonTechnician ANDREW Sarrived within the scheduled window set and after prepping himself to enter the house he assessed the issue with my hot water heaterThe only bad news I received was the fact that the unit was ready to fully fail but the good news was we caught it before it became an even worst issueAndrew proceeded to describe was needed to be done and provided several options regarding resolving the issueHe noted that they had everything that I would need within the area and that repairs could be completed todayDuring the repairs, I had to check several times to see if they were still there as he did his job with no disruptions at any time and was courteous throughoutAfter completing the repairs, Andrew spent time explaining what was done, pointing out various items of the repair and explained the operational features of the unitAndrew pointed out that when he gave me his card when he first came to my door there would be on the back information to access the customer survey site to rate his and Horizon's performanceI can say, as a Service Manager myself, if I had employee like Andrew, I would have happy customers all the timeHis Customer Service Soft Skills are excellent and he is a credit to HorizonI can confirm that your excellent service rating does speak for itselfI would recommend Horizon in the futureThank you, Andrew !!!

Ken H [redacted] came on time to up clog our drain We had a rough start at first, however he did a great job and also saved us money because we were under warranty Ken was expertly clean in doing his work and when he finished he cleaned the working area also I would suggest him to anyone for drain cleaning Horizon this guy deserves a raise

Colin came out to do our annual heater maintenance He has been here once before and is always easy to talk to, answers questions, and is knowledgeable about our system

HVAC Tech, Jared Fwas at our home on 6/1/to repair the AC which stopped workingHe was right on timeVery polite and friendlyHe checked out our AC system, described the problem completely and took the time to explain all of our optionsHe worked quickly, efficiently and cleanlyThe AC is now working and I felt the charges were not out of line for the service performed

This is my first my first time using Horizon Services I have seen the commercials on TV, and I must say that they do what they say Kyle Kvery knowledgable,professional and respectable and he hit his service window

Horizon Plumbing Technician, Kevin Eand assistant Johnny delivered all the service as advertised: respectful of our home, no hidden costs, and arrived in a timely mannerThey came to assess several plumbing issues One of my issues was not resolved, but I received good guidance toward resolving it which was to utilize the manufactures warranty and get the part for free I deeply appreciate the cost saving measures that were provided and feel that contributes largely to future choices to use Horizon again

We have used Horizon services for a few years now and have been quite pleased with their services Most recently we experienced a hard-to-diagnose plumbing leak and were pleased with the cadre of technicians that Horizon dispatched to our home over a 5-day period--Mike R**h (plumbing), Frank D [redacted] (HVAC), Daniel C [redacted] (plumbing), and Zach This was a very difficult and challenging water problem to diagnose and to resolve but Horizon successfully resolved the matter We were particularly impressed by Horizon's focus on customer service and their prompt and persistent attention to our problem, despite it being over Memorial Day weekend

Sean Fwas excellent and provided very good attention to detail and explained issues involved and clearly expressed all options to resolve I would highly recommend Horizon for any heating and A/C concerns
