I had Lee from horizon service my heater today,he arrived on time,explained everything that he was doing.Made a recommendation for a part,cleaned up and finished in a timely manner

Pat came to our new home to service our old furnaceHe was great walking me through how the system works and gave great advice on how to keep my home cooler in the summer! We appreciated all that he did for us!

Service provided by the technician was top notch. He was very informative and knowledgeable in regards to his profession. He was very professional and courteous. The technician that came to my home was Sean F [redacted] and he did an outstanding job.

Kenneth was an excellent technicianHe was thorough, worked through the rain and cleared the main sewer line issueOn the whole, Horizon Services handled the scheduling, updates and entire job to a very, very high standard

Pat showed up early for the scheduled appointment It was raining and he made sure to wear the protective shoe covers when he came in the house He explained the problem and was prompt in fixing what needed to be done He was friendly, courteous, and didn't mind my dog smiling himThanks Pat for coming on a Sunday to help us!!!

Horizon service checked a leak in my air conditioner and said I needed a new coil for $3, My neighborhood with experience said no way could it be that much I had two seperate companies in to evaluate the leakThe .coil is fine

Pat Dwas very personable and professional He diagnosed the problem with my heat pump air handler quickly and accurately and presented the options available to me within minutes I was not particularly pleased with the price, especially since I had to be out of my home for nights while waiting for parts, but that was not Pat's fault Overall, a very good tech and a generally positive experience

We recently had a new boiler installed with Horizon Services and everything went extremely wellThey called us up for a "tuner" appointment afterwards Lee Barnes came out to check and make sure the installation was done correctly He was very friendly and professional We are happy with Horizon Services

Lee BCame to double check that my furnace heat exchange was definitely crackedHe came within minutes of being called and was very fast and polite

I appreciate Ken H's professional attitude
