Pat came to our new home to service our old furnaceHe was great walking me through how the system works and gave great advice on how to keep my home cooler in the summer! We appreciated all that he did for us!

I called horizon because of a leaking kitchen faucet, and leaking pipes underneath the sink Mike R arrived at the very beginning of the assignment window, and gave a detailed overview of the work required as well as a detailed estimate He is a professional, courteous, and efficient worker All of his workmanship was top grade I was very impressed After the job was complete, he took the time to explain how the entire plumbing system should work in my home, and he gave me several useful tips on the care and maintenance requirements for the plumbing system in my home I would strongly recommend his services to anyone I know

Pat showed up early for the scheduled appointment It was raining and he made sure to wear the protective shoe covers when he came in the house He explained the problem and was prompt in fixing what needed to be done He was friendly, courteous, and didn't mind my dog smiling himThanks Pat for coming on a Sunday to help us!!!

Kenneth was an excellent technicianHe was thorough, worked through the rain and cleared the main sewer line issueOn the whole, Horizon Services handled the scheduling, updates and entire job to a very, very high standard

Horizon service checked a leak in my air conditioner and said I needed a new coil for $3, My neighborhood with experience said no way could it be that much I had two seperate companies in to evaluate the leakThe .coil is fine

Pat Dwas very personable and professional He diagnosed the problem with my heat pump air handler quickly and accurately and presented the options available to me within minutes I was not particularly pleased with the price, especially since I had to be out of my home for nights while waiting for parts, but that was not Pat's fault Overall, a very good tech and a generally positive experience

We recently had a new boiler installed with Horizon Services and everything went extremely wellThey called us up for a "tuner" appointment afterwards Lee Barnes came out to check and make sure the installation was done correctly He was very friendly and professional We are happy with Horizon Services

Lee BCame to double check that my furnace heat exchange was definitely crackedHe came within minutes of being called and was very fast and polite

Frank did a great job This was our first experience with Horizon Services and were very impressed We have signed up for maintenance contract with Horizon based on this experience

Doug was very polite very business and very personable, he really did a excellent job explaining what he did and why and recommending improvements to by hvac system
