Chuck came out to my house after we noticed that our heater wasn't running He was very respectful and polite when he came to my house and quickly determined the problem When he realized how much the part was going to cost, he was very sympathetic in his delivery of the bad news We have always had wonderful service through Horizon even though we have only been customers for a little under a year

We needed an HVAC repair right away Our main heater stopped working and left us at a nice temperature of degrees in our home My first call was to the Horizon Services company I had a good feeling about them from their commercials and other advertising The technician, Jared Fwas on time, presentable and very knowledgeable He explained our repair options and prices There were no hidden charges at all, the price quoted was the price He also informed us that the part needed for our heater repair would be sent to our home during the time he was hereHe also gave us other information regarding maintenace on our other heating unitsThere was no pushiness sales tactics from him at all, just information for us to either go forward with or keep for the futureI give this company [redacted] six stars and also Jared F.gets [redacted] I definitely will be spreading the word to my family and friends to use Horizon ServicesSigned Very happy customer Thank you
