I had the pleasure of having Horizon come out and service my A/C heat pump unitThe HVAC technician Jose was polite, knowledgeable, and respectful He was able to replace a part that was slowing down and not functioning appropriately along with completing the maintenance in a reasonable amount of timeWe are extremely grateful because we were covered under warranty , and he prevented a future problem Thanks so much for being insightful and looking out for our family's best interest

James Gcame out to perform scheduled maintenance on my A/C units He was prompt, clean and professional He was very knowledgeable and offered good suggestions on future upkeep I would recommend his services to anyone

Horizon Sewer line Camera technician grossly misrepresented actual damage to our sewer line and their recommended work required and quoted an extremely unreasonable expensive estimate for correction said site survey We followed up with a 2nd reputable plumbing service which re-scoped with a sewer line camera and confirmed that the damage that Horizon was suspicious and unfounded and cautioned the scope of work presented was flawed or purposely misrepresentedwe were told by Horizon Services that our sewer line was damaged or was collapsed in separate places on our home's property and would require $22,to correct

Horizon called ahead on Sunday to confirm Monday's appointment for an air conditioner malfunction we reported the previous week Lee Barrived promptly and again reviewed the plan for service with my husband and me, asking if we had any further questions or concerns since his initial assessmentLee performed the repair and maintenance on our air conditioners methodically, independently and neatly, cleaning up everything along the way When he was through, he explained everything he'd done and then wrote up his paperwork He wrote everything out clearly, so my husband had no trouble following the process when he got home from workThere's never a time when an expensive repair is a great thing to have happen However, it is a good thing when a nice, person comes into your house and uses his technical skills to correct a problem Lee treated us very well and kept us informed about options and his recommendations in an easygoing way…no pressureIf Lee is an example of what Horizon has to offer its customers, then I'm guessing your business will thrive

This is a company who take pride for being on time and courteous, but apparently, does not for the services they provide This company only wanted to replace my existing year old unit with a new unit as the company said it was not fixable Surprise, I got a second opinion and low and behold, a repair was made at a very reasonable price I can't provide a review for how they would have handled a replacement, but I wouldn't recommend them for repair, because, apparently, that is not what this company wants to provide

Horizon Services did a wonderful job replacing my year old hot water heater.They were clean and respectful.The work was done right and it gives me piece of mind its covered for years!!! Andrew and his team were a joy to work with!
