Frank was the technician who responded to my request for having somebody come take a look at our gas HVAC system he was able to show up very quickly and was able to determine what the problem was also very quickly He was courteous and polite He went about his job doing what needed to be done, and after that performed a full check and tune up on my system He left making me feel glad that I called Horizon Services for help

Steve is an excellent technician He was clean, courteous and on time He explained everything in layman's terms and even explained how certain things work Also, since my system is older, he just mentioned I may want to get a quote as some point on a new system, just in case
