Jared and Josh arrived on time Both gentlemen were professional, courteous, and informative Their service was prompt and they explained everything that needed to be done to resolve the issue and provided recommendations for future maintenance I would highly recommend both of these technicians

Horizon came out to jetter the sewer lineA prior plumbing company couldn't get more than feet in the main, while Horizon was able to get into the entire main plus the branchesThey also put a camera in the line and I could see the cast iron pipe where before all you could see was a muddy sludgy mess (at least to my untrained eye)I was told that most companies can't get into the branches coming into the main, but *** *** (the Horizon tech) accomplished it without difficultyHe also explained everything he did and his skill was matched by his professionalismThis is the third Horizon service we had since we bought the house (prior sump pump repair and branch pipe repair) and I am very pleased with the competence and professionalism of HorizonI also want to call out Chris as doing a great job

Last night my sisters air conditioner stop blowing out cool air It is essential that her home remain cool due to a health condition While trying to decide who to reach out to for HVAC systems, I decided to go with the men who wear those orange booties When I first called, the company said the first available appointment was Friday and today was only Wednesday I explained to them my family members' health issue and ask if the company had a special protocol for clients that had special needs They replied "No" so, I mentioned they should have a plan like that in place I asked to speak to a Manager and so, they suggested I place my name on the standby list just in case someone cancelsThe Manager then placed me on hold and when they came back they had a spot which had opened up and they were kind enough to schedule my family in The schedulers call ahead to make sure you're home and give you an idea as to when to expect the service person Our serviceman was Lee and he was very polite and was able to diagnosis the issue quickly and get the HVAC unit up and running in a respectable timeI am very grateful to Lee and all his efforts in helping my familyWe were satisfied with his service and professionalism My family will definitely be return customers, however, we only want to see you Lee for proactive maintenance lol! Again, thank you very much and I feel comfortable recommending Horizon Service to friends Stay Cool!!!

Andrew *** was the serviceman that did my repairs He explained that there was a lot of water in my crawl space and basically a lot of work needed to be done He explained in detail what the problem was and what needed to be repaired I appreciated thatAndrew was professional and friendly Joseph and Branden (not sure of name) were also nice and professional to work withActually Jared came out the day before for what I thought was a leak (which was not)
Jared went down to my crawl space to change my AC filter Jared is the one who initially found out the damage that was down there He immediately called to get a plumber over ASAP, That's when Andrew come overSo the end of my story is that Andrew let me know what was going on when he was doing the service And nobody would have know about the problems if Jared didn't go down to the crawl space and very efficiently communicated the problem smoothly

I was quite pleased with the service provided by the technician sent by Horizon He explained everything to me and I felt confident that the information was accurate
