My recent, first time, experience with Horizon Services was excellent Their telephone staff and service technician were prompt, clear in speaking, and pleasant to deal with The service tech was prompt, courteous, and did a good job assessing what needed to be done , did it and left the area in a clean condition

Overall satisfied with the requested service and explanation provided to me of what the issues and remedies were

We used Horizon Services for the first time today, and Jared Fwas everything we envisioned he would be professional, polite, thorough and knowledgeable!! He very thoroughly inspected our air conditioner issue and provided a list of options for remedy We were very happy with his service!

Had recent dealing with Horizon Services technician Lee * I am very happy with his service, attitude, and knowledge of my house heater and the diagnosis of my problem

Lee was very on time He wore foot protection to keep my floors clean Lee was honest about the condition of my air conditionerHe told he could do a repair, but that it was a very old unit and in poor condition, and would probably break down againShe suggested a new unit, but was not pushy Was a very good experience

Technician very qualifiedExplained all finding in detail Two parts in heater warranted replacement I didn't feel overly pressured to purchase as the heater is years old

I called for service on my furnace on a Saturday, expecting to have to schedule a time during the upcoming weekThe service scheduler surprised me by offering a scheduled time for that afternoonThey called and said that Lee would be on his way earlier than expectedWhen he arrived, he offered to don shoe booties (which wasn't necessary) and was very cordialI've dealt with other service techs from other service companies who have the annoying need to feel that they are the smartest person in the roomI often know enough to know if someone's is trying to BS meLee couldn't be nicerHe explained clearly what the issue appeared to be, didn't try to up-sell any services or products and offered prices on parts/repairs prior to serviceHe didn't mind me looking over his shoulder and asking questions and was happy to answer my inquiries without "dumbing things down"His attitude and professionalism was refreshing

We have been very pleased with Horizon ServicesWe needed a plumber to come out on a Sunday for an emergency, and we wound up signing up for the heating and AC services as wellJared came out to service our heater and AC for our first seasonal check and recommended we replace our AC units, which were years old and leaking freonHe discussed all our options, and set up a convenient day and time for us to go over replacement unitsWe met with salesman (Phil) on a Saturday and by Monday we had our new units installedEvery team member has gone above and beyond, been completely professional, punctual and personableWe would highly recommend using Horizon Services

I have had services for plumbing,heating and air conditioning in my homes for many years and several differed companiesI recently joined Horizon Services and I am very satisfied with the office employees who are very prompt and cordial.I am particularly gratified with one of the HVAC service technicians whose name is Lee ***I have had Lee serving us several times both for Heating and Air Condition problems.He is very knowledgeable and courteous and knows exactly what to do and always makes us aware of the problem and what he is going to doThen when he is finished,he explains the solution and briefs us for what we can expect.Not only is he technically expert,he is very personable and jovialI will always ask the office people to send Lee ***in the future
