Andrew was back today to complete a job that was started yesterday He was on time and again very friendly and polite He completed the job and again explained step by step Very happy with the work

Always a good experience dealing with HorizonMy technician, Doug, was very helpful in answering my questionsI also appreciate that he let me know when he was on his way and gave me an estimate on how long the job would take

I was very impressed not only was Lee on time but earlyI realize the heater system is at least years old but did not realize the sever problems (some very dangerous) that could be starting soon, need a new heater system but Lee was very informative on purchasing one and contacted the main office who spoke with me right then on making an appointment to come out with estimates and payment plans that I will be able to afford

Lee showed up with the part he needed to repair our heater's motor right when he said he would, and he saved us some money tooHe had it done and fixed before I could even finish a cup of coffeeIncredible service, amicable geniusAlways ask for Lee!

Our AC has stopped working Horizon Services was able to come out the next day to help The people who answered the phone were greatThey told me the technician would be at my house between 8-10am (or it would be free) and he was! He was even early! When does that ever happen? Doug was very knowledgeable He took the time to explain everything he was doing and gave me time to take notes and ask questions He answered all of my questionsHe was professional He kept my house clean and wore the boots to cover his shoes Doug even stepped out to his truck so I could make a phone call as not to interfere with my decision making processGreat job! Replaced kitchen faucet, garbage disposal and external freeze-proof faucet (hose bib) I supplied the new faucet and garbage disposal Horizon technician (Andrew Sand his assistant) were on time, professional and left the "job site" in excellent condition Work took about hours to complete all Some "plumbing adjustment" was required to the kitchen sink drain as the new disposal was somewhat larger than the old one While the job came in on the estimate that they provided prior to starting, I was surprised that for hours of labor (X hours) and the new hose bib and some PVC drain pipe the total cost was almost $1,450.00, despite the faucet and disposal the I provided
