I was very impressed not only was Lee on time but earlyI realize the heater system is at least years old but did not realize the sever problems (some very dangerous) that could be starting soon, need a new heater system but Lee was very informative on purchasing one and contacted the main office who spoke with me right then on making an appointment to come out with estimates and payment plans that I will be able to afford

Replaced kitchen faucet, garbage disposal and external freeze-proof faucet (hose bib) I supplied the new faucet and garbage disposal Horizon technician (Andrew Sand his assistant) were on time, professional and left the "job site" in excellent condition Work took about hours to complete all Some "plumbing adjustment" was required to the kitchen sink drain as the new disposal was somewhat larger than the old one While the job came in on the estimate that they provided prior to starting, I was surprised that for hours of labor (X hours) and the new hose bib and some PVC drain pipe the total cost was almost $1,450.00, despite the faucet and disposal the I provided
