Very satisfied with recent tune-up service. Technician Jared F. was prompt, competent, and courteous. He explained all issues in thorough detail.

Andrew and Joe did a great job, neat, clean and professional and did it with a smile! Very pleasant to work with and worked in a timely manner. They were considerate of my carpets and put booties on.

The technician explained my issue and had it repaired quickly.

Technician was on time, polite and extremely knowledgeable. He explained all the details and took photos on his phone to clearly show what he found. The diagnosis was dire and a new hvac system is required and comfortable using Horizon for the new system.

Fast and efficient. Expensive

I used to work in similar field going into customer homes so I knew what kind of experience to expect. Well [redacted] meet every expectation with 5 stars across the board. He was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I will be using Horizon Services when the time may come again. As well passing the Horizon phone number to family, friends and co-workers on the awesome job [redacted] did.

I called about a water leak from heating system. Horizon immediately responded and sent a technician at an agreeable time. Doug ** was professional, courtious and imformative. Problem was corrected quickly at no cost as I have a service contract.

Jared F was my technician. He did an excellent job from start to finish. He explained the entire process of checking out my entire HVAC system.

Douglas M. was the assigned technician, at our request, as we'd had service by Doug before. His methods and manner were totally professional. His explanations of the work needed were clear and presented in layman's terms; he welcomed questions. His attention to detail and cleanliness were superb. And on both service calls, he solved the problems quickly and at a fairly reasonable cost, which strengthened our customer loyalty. We would not hesitate to recommend Horizon again to anyone seeking "straight talk and honesty," In a business that, due to its complexity, can snow a customer into unnecessary purchases and repairs, Horizon is a refreshing change of pace. They build their customer base the old-fashioned way, by providing good service at a reasonable cost, in an expedient manner (read: they arrive on time and get the job done).

I was very happy with the results.
Horizon as a hole is a little expensive.
Working on bring the price down would be my only recommendation.

I would like to thank Horizon for sending Douglas M to help get our heater working . He was professional , put his boot covers on on then went to work. On getting my heater running . he was amazing my 23 month old grandson was sleeping durning the whole time -- Douglas M managed to get the heater working and allow my grandson to continue sleeping and wake up to a warm house again . Thank you Horizon and Douglas M. I will eventually need to replace my heater unit but for now I can save my money for a new heatervand still be warm in the mean time !!!! thanks again horizon and Douglas M sincerely [redacted]

The technician was great! He was early and very friendly. He answered all of my questions and he was very honest. He didn't tell me I needed any expenses parts or services on my 17 year old heater. He honored the $89 special for a tune up without trying to sell me anything! I will definitely be using them again!
