Professional, good service

The technician was great! He was early and very friendly. He answered all of my questions and he was very honest. He didn't tell me I needed any expenses parts or services on my 17 year old heater. He honored the $89 special for a tune up without trying to sell me anything! I will definitely be using them again!

Douglas M[redacted] with Horizon New Jersey did a great job with addressing an issue we had with our air condition unit. He was professional and knowledgeable.

Douglas ** was the technician today that checked our old leaky gas boiler. He alerted me about multiple leaks and dangerously high temperatures and carbon monoxide levels. I am grateful for his expertise and recommendations to make our home safer and more efficient. Within hours, a sales rep came to our house and a replacement heater was scheduled for tomorrow.
All I can say is WOW! Horizon is the most customer service company I've encountered. I look forward to having Doug take care of my home. I'm a doctor and I appreciate his ability to diagnose and treat our serious problem

My recent, first time, experience with Horizon Services was excellent. Their telephone staff and service technician were prompt, clear in speaking, and pleasant to deal with. The service tech was prompt, courteous, and did a good job assessing what needed to be done , did it and left the area in a clean condition.

Service was prompt and the technician, Andrew [redacted] was excellent. He took the time to explain all the work done before he started, and after it was completed.

I will continue to be an Horizon customer because of experiences like today. Lee not only was professional in all aspects of his job, but, patient with questions and his communication in return. A very pleasant and positive experience! Well Done!!

I will only call Horizon Services when I need help because they are reasonably priced, they don't charge $150/hr like independent contractors. When the technicians arrive they are clean, uniformed and professional. I don't ever feel like they are trying to sell me something or trying to up their time to increase their hourly rate. They are polite, honest and will tell me when something doesn't need to be done. They are on time and call when they will not be. I am treated with respect and I genuinely feel appreciated.

We are very satisfied with the job Andrew did installing our new water heater. He arrived ahead of time and had everything necessary to do the install with him in his van. He was very polite and personable and gave a full explanation of the work that needed to be done, the options for the some parts of the work and the differences in warranties before beginning the job. He workmanship was excellent and he left our heater room cleaner than it was when he started.

Andrew was great! He was very professional and had great customer service skills. He took his time and explained everything to me. He did a great job, triple checked everything and made sure everything was cleaned up.

Technician was very informative. Offered different options and discussed each in great detail, no pressure. Very professional.

Mr. B[redacted] was vey professional and courteous. He went through the system in a highly competent and timely manner.

Andrew and Joe couldn't have been nicer or more professional. We have used Horizon for our AC and heating issues and they live up to their commercials. It's a pleasure doing business with Horizon.
