My experience with Andrew S. from Horizon Services was great! He came in and assessed the issues quickly. He explained the work that needed to be done and the reasons the work needed to be done clearly and with great detail. The work was completed quickly as well.

Helpful, Knowledgeable, and did a great job!

Would refer this company to anyone. I was told they would be here between 2 and 6 and they arrived on time, in fact they were here early. Technicians were professional and took the time to explain everything to me.

Lee was wonderful..very knowledgable and professional and fixed our problem in no time. We will definitely be requesting him for future services.

Review: On 9/2 a representative from Horizon Services, [redacted], came to our home to give us a quote on a new air conditioner for our home. The quote was for a [redacted] installed for $6,200. He wanted us to agree to have it installed the next day. I told him that I thought that he was giving me a good deal but I wanted to confirm that with the other contractors that I had coming out the next day.

On 9/3 I called him later in the day and said that we would like to proceed because he did give the best price and we would get the most for our money. [redacted] came to our home to fill out more paperwork and I filled out the application for financing for 36 months at zero interest. I was not accepted for the zero % financing and was offered 6 months of deferred interest and the 3 years of 17% interest. I told him that I was not going to do that and I would seek financing from my credit union. I applied to the credit union on 9/3 and was accepted at a much lower rate.

On 9/4 I called [redacted] and left a message saying that we were approved by the credit union and that we were picking up the check today and what do we need to do in order to proceed. [redacted] call me back 25 minutes later and said that he could no longer sell us the [redacted] at $6,200 and we would have to downgrade to the [redacted]. He said that the discounts change from day to day and that the price was based upon us installing this week, which was never disclosed to us. It sounds like the bait and switch to me.

Horizon claims that the price that they quote is iron clad. Well it is not. I am cancelling the purchase within my 3 day right of refusal.Desired Settlement: They should honor their price. I will never do business with them again.

I am rejecting this response because: I don't believe that this was a mistake and it was intentional. I am a finance professional and I understand interest rates and margins and I believe that this is the normal course of business for this company. They prey upon the customers who want to get their new AC installed ASAP. I did receive a call and an offer for a free drain cleaning that I will never use.

Lee B. is our HVAC service technician in January 2016 for heating service. Lee B. is very professional. Lee B. checked our heating problems with his equipment and immediately found out the problems and gave us a price quote up-front. Our heating problems fixed within 90 minutes. I highly recommend Horizon Services for heating, air conditioning, drain cleaning, sewer and water line replacement services.

Andrew is a great guy to help out what you need, and help out the best deal for clients.
