Fast response. very neat, friendly, professional and the work was completed in a timely efficient fashion. Told me every thing they were going to do and then showed me the completed work when finished. Would definitely hire them again.

My heater broke on a Sunday and I needed it fixed asap. I have a 10month old and a 3 year old. Lee was great. He diagnosed the problem was very professional. He was awesome!

Andrew S[redacted] did a wonderful job installing our hotwater heater...he was thorough..clean and patient. Sometimes us seniors need a little extra time to understand the process. His associate (whose name I did not get) did a very good job and was very conscientious. I would give the both an A+!!!!

Tech was very thorough and professional even giving tips on maintaining my heater.

Review: Horizon Services sold me an air conditioning and heating unit on July 5, 2015. The salesman said our electrical box was not adequate and could be dangerous if we did not get it replaced. He even stressed that he could not install the new units unless we replaced the electrical box. He advised they could do it in one to two weeks. To date we have not had the new box installed. When we call to check they blame Cherry Hill Township for not processing the permit and / or say they will get it done right away. I called Cherry Hill Township on 10/12/15 and they advised that Horizon just submitted the paperwork on 9/30/15 and it is not approved yet. So I have been living in an unsafe environment for three months now which is very upsettingDesired Settlement: I would like them to install the electrical box ASAP and if possible get some relief on my contract balance and / or on my electric bill which has increased and they guaranteed it would decrease with the new units.

I had Horizon Services come out to tune up my heater and am extremely happy with the service that was provided. The service technician that came out was [redacted] and he very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Horizon Services to everyone.

Our Customer Relations Manager has spoken directly to the homeowner. We have elected to send a field supervisor to the home to perform the precision tune-ups again at no cost to the homeowner. The technician will complete all part of each tune-up and will be able to demonstrate this to the homeowner as well as answer any questions the homeowner may have during the process.

Andrew was very professional and explained everything he did in detail. He completed all work in a timely fashion and made sure everything was clean upon his departure. Andrew is a credit to this company.

Lee [redacted] of Horizon Services was at our home to fix a problem with our HVAC humidifiers. He performed a thorough evaluation and was able to pinpoint the problem in no time. He explained the situation in detail and we discussed the options to correct it. We have full faith in Lee's skills and abilities to work on our total system and give us an complete and honest evaluation. That makes us feel very confident and we will not hesitate to call Lee and Horizon for our future HVAC needs.

Lee B. was the technician that came to my house for service. He was very courteous and informative. He explained everything in detail and gave his recommendations. He provided great service and I would definitely call on Horizon again.

The horizon technician Andrew S[redacted] done an outstanding job getting my hot water heater back in service. He was very polite and set me up to service my heating boiler. Horizon should be proud to have a technician like him working with them. I would like to thank him for his service.

Douglas M. serviced two gas-fired hot water boilers at a rental property of mine in Moorestown. He did an exceptional job - he was thorough, efficient, and very knowledgeable. It is obvious that Doug is well-trained and skilled at HVAC service. His work is a reflection on his professionalism and the high standards of Horizon Services.

My tech, Lee B., was thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. I asked many questions during the service and received all the answers I requested in a clear an concise.manner.

Technician very qualified. Explained all finding in detail. Two parts in heater warranted replacement. I didn't feel overly pressured to purchase as the heater is 26 years old.

Pleasant and knowledgeable. Great Service.
