Horizon Services

Just had Horizon out to tune up my A/C and water heater, as I do every year. They really do an exceptional job. The inspection is quite thorough, and the technician was very knowledgeable and professional. They always give good advice too, which I really like.

I am rejecting this response because: I don't believe that this was a mistake and it was intentional.  I am a finance professional and I understand interest rates and margins and I believe that this is the normal course of business for this company.  They prey upon the customers who want to get their new AC installed ASAP.  I did receive a call and an offer for a free drain cleaning that I will never use.

Douglas M., don't have his last name was very courteous, helpful, knowledgeable.
He was on time. He figured out the problem quickly and the price was very reasonable
price. I wish more people had his work ethic.

He arrived on time and was very professional. He explained everything including things that could go wrong in the future. He was polite and was careful not to track dirt in the house. It was a positive experience and I would recommend Horizon to anyone.

We are Completely Satisfied. We have used Horizon Services in the past for a new hot water heater and now we were in need of a new heating/AC system. The team was Professional, Courteous and Knowledgeable. Showed up on time and exceeded expectations.

Called & within a few mins. dispatcher sent Sergiy O & co-worker who arrived within the hr.; Both men surveyed the job & then Serg reviewed details clearly & encouraged questions; once assured that I was clear about the details, set to work. Once finished, Serg reviewed what he had done & again encouraged questions. His manner was both professional & friendly.

Technician Leon Parker from Horizon Services was efficient, pleasant and punctual. He did an excellent job and is an exceptional representative for the company.

everything was explained thoroughly and techs. were courteous and cleaned up after themselves. prices are very high but not the techs fault.

We had Doug come and do our annual check up on our heater. We have had him before. As always he was excellent, and explained everything he found in detail. The way we get treated and their expertise is the reason we keep coming back to Horizon when we need a service.

Very very professional team of techs, installs and sales. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Great experience-good guy. Had a 2nd guy with him-sorry I didn't catch his name. Horizon is my new company for house troubles. They were even nice to our mouthy dog. I was impressed w.the professionalism but also the personal touch.

Andrew S[redacted] & Joe G. were great! I had a pipe break in my home & they arrived quickly to fix the problem. They were professional, polite, courteous & they explained everything. They repaired everything & cleaned up after themselves. It was almost like they were never here. Horizon is a great company & I would highly recommend them.

The technicians that helped with my plumbing issues, were professional, friendly and clean. I have an older home and they treated it was their grandma. I would highly recommend this company to other homeowners.

Had great service from Douglas M. from Horizon Services. Arrived on time, was super friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem immediately and had all necessary repairs made. He also explained everything in detail so that I understood what needed to be done. He was a lifesaver getting our air conditioner fixed during one of the hottest weather weeks!

I was happy with the service. I received a call when the technician was on his way to my home. He covered his boots upon entering my home, gave an analysis of the problem and different resolutions. The repair was completed within an hour left cleaner than when he started. I am very happy.
